USS Skytoucher - Mission 2: The Van'Gu Cluster

Pax cries while he is still on the ground.  "We found this energy source raw in space, deep inside the Van'Gu cluster... we never meant to use it to harm anyone... but we saved millions of lives on our planet, because this energy source does not pollute anything in nature... and its so strong that it can provide energy to our whole planet easily...  If you take it away from us, the economists will take charge again!  The industrial time will continue and we will destroy ourselves!  Please listen to me and-"

[Tomas Goransson]

*Aboard the skytoucher, a furious Tomas opens a comchanell*

MMMAAAANNNIIIIOOOONNNNNN!!!!!! SSSSVVVVVEEEEEEENNNNNSSSSOOOONNNNNN!!!!!! Don´t you think I kow who you are!?Star Fleet Intelligence! How stupid do you think I am? But I will not tollerate that you fireing on my ship!

"I will tell him to prepare immediately, and you may expect him to come aboard shortly.  Captain, once again we thank you for your help.  I suppose things happened this way because they were supposed to be.  One last question... those two of your officers that were on our ship... what happened to them? Have you been able to question them?"

[Valkiro]

Aye sir, i'll inform you if we recieve any communication from Fleet Command.

[Kyzox]

"I must say you have an impressive ship, captain, far more advanced than anything we ever built."

*turns to Harper*

Mr. Harper, do sensors pick anything else? I hope she hasn't left any traps after herself and who knows.. we can encounter another Borg cube around. What do you think?

[Pax]

A ship appears out of the cluster and slowly moves toward the Skytoucher.  Then, the alien ship hails the Skytoucher.

"My name is Pax, prime officer of my ship.  In name of the Yzakian Empire, we greet and welcome you."

[Peter Svensson]

"Sir we nearly finished the most critical repairs, but we can't get their impulse drive online.  Is there any way we could use a tractor beam to drag the ship toward their homeworld where they have the necessary equipment to fix this problem?"

[Valkiro]

(OFF: Hey im sure noone thought of anything naughty, just cause you insisted a Women cum alone to your ready room *chuckle* )

[Peter Svensson]

But  Svensson did not let him finish and hit him in the stomach with his fist, so that Pax fell down.  Others on the bridge got up to prevent it, but Zack Mannion kept his weapon sharply aimed at them so they didn't dare to move.

Then, Svensson looked at Zack.

"This is the only chance we'll get to destroy the validum, Zack.  All we have to do is aim the weapons of this ship at that space container, and the validum is blown out of existance and the universe is saved..."

There are a few moments of silence before he continues...

"But imagine what we could do if we did not destroy the Validum... but keep it for ourselves.  We would not only save the universe once, by taking this destructive power source from the Yzakians so they cant do harm with it, but we could use it to save the universe multiple times... we could use it to destroy the Borg for once and for all!  We could destroy the Dominion and the Jem'Hadar!  We could destroy all those foes that could pose a threath to Starfleet, and the Federation, and none in the universe would dare to attack us ever again, none will dare to be our enemy!"

[Tomas Goransson]

Of course. Will you beam him over as soon as possible so we can go to the fringe of the cluster and call for assistance?

[Pax]

"You are madmen, you humans from that Starfleet!  I should not have trusted you from the beginning when you suddenly fired on us and then claimed it wasn't your fault!  I should never have allowed you to visit our planet!  Did you really think that if we wanted to use this Validum for destructive means, we would have allowed you so near it, so near for you to take it?  Are we the only peaceful species in this universe then?"
