I did some calculations and all of them pointed at you two! There is something you are hiding, Svensson and Mannion. And I am about to find out what. I will grant Mannion permission to board the Yzakian ship, but not you, Lt. Svensson. You will be under close surveilance the whole time Mannion are on the Yzakian ship. And if something indicates on a computer override without my knowledge or authorization, your head WILL get on a plate, Lieutenant Svensson. And you, Lieutenant Mannion, will not contact him either wothout my knowledge. Becouse if you do, I will garantue, that you, and Svensson, will get out to the time for the 500 year anniversary of the Federation. Is that clear!?

Yea, although my investigations have alsom showed me that they are somehoe connected to a group called "FSS". What it stands for or what it does I do not know. The letters FSS just showed up in a message that said I had no authuoroty to check Mr. Mannions life history...

But one thing I would like to add... I think that this substance I talked about, is probably anywhere near our location.  The Van'Gu cluster is not easy to scan (which is why I had refined the sensors so well that they could even track the subspace waves!) and I don't know where this substance could be.  For all we know, it could be on the Yzakian ship even, and perhaps not even they know it is there.

Captain, may I volunteer to board the Yzakian ship (if they agree) and assist them in their repairs?  It will be a good note for us, proving we really didn't intend to do them harm, and since I know better than anyone on this ship what truly happened, I can go and explain them.  Though Starfleet likes to keep these things secret so the whole crew shouldn't know about this.
The only other person who knows about it, is Mannion, because he was there too aboard the Excalibur when it happened.

I shouldn't even be telling this to you, captain, Starfleet could have my head for this, but I think you deserve an explanation.
I hope you allow me and Zack to help the Yzakians with their repairs."
