Johnathan and Randall reached Ten Forward and took a seat.

"Thanks for joining me for joining me sir," Johnathan said.  "I'm quite excited.  This is my first mission in the Delta quadrant ya know," Johnathan told Randall.

"Is that so?" Randall said as the waiter walked up.

"Can I take your orders?" the waiter asked.

"Yeah, I'll have some alfredo pasta, with red wine," Johnathan said.

"And you sir?" the waiter asked Randall.

*Looks at the waiter* "The soup of the day looks good."
The waiter nods and walks away.*
* Alissa looks back over to the captain. "I can't wait until Neelix comes aboard. By the way all the voyager crew talk about him, he sounds really great."

"Thank you, Mr. Brooks. I like the suggestion of the battle simulations of Mr. Dalon. Mr. Brooks, do you have some time to simulate some combat simulations with Mr. Dalon, just for in case we get some visitors?

It seems like everyone is short of time, so this full stop will give us the time we need. Go to yellow alert, Ms. Marou.

A good idea too, Mr. Dalon, on the Picard maneuvre, you have my authority!"

*nodds grateful for his crew*

Aye sir, maintaining heading and speed.

*taps commands on the console*

Captain, with the enhancement Lt. Lagos made to the nav sensors I can now see that there is a class M planet orbiting the star and both the debris and the fluidic gate are near it. Perhaps species 8472 decided to establish a colony there...

Sir, I'd like to say that  am also qualified to serve as a science officer so, if the current officers do cannot report to bridge I could rerout the science sensors to my console.

All 8472s share the same thoughts when they are in fluidic space. This means now that they all have the same memories about encountering Voyager. This means that they should know who I am. I was going to suggest that a telepathic crewmember amplifiy me to the ship and allow me to talk to them. Its a little risky for me, but risk is part of the game.

I am rerouting power to compensate mr Dalon.

*taps some commands at the Captains chair console*

D*mn, this console is to small for engineer functions! But i belive that that should do the trick mr Dalon.

*Takes the captain on his shoulder*

"Well I will take him back to sickbay, if you need me you know were I am"

*Carries the wounded captain to the turbolift and goes back to sickbay. The doctor enters sickbay after several minutes*

"Nurse, I want 30 cc of anyprovaline and clear a biobed! This man needs attention..."

Very Good Species 8472. In the next time think twice and check if you are attacking the right Species. We are also ready and you may proceed to your domain.

*turns of the screen*

*Dalon´s console indicates that the Species 8472 ship is beginig to enter the Fluidic Space*

Brooks, deploy the beacons. Dalon, begin the procedure.

"I don't know, let's find out. Mr. Lagos, did we receive any more orders from station Avalon? Or is this mission completed, so we can start a new one?"

[Taurik]

Computer, activate site-to-site transport. Beam me to the Main Operations Center of Starbase Avalon.

Computer beeps as Taurik dematerializes
