OFF: Seems like our science officers have taken the exit door out of the ship :P But there's always an effective way to attract new people: if you go to the Starfleet section of the website ( www.expansionfleet.com/starfleet/ ) there are buttons to vote on topsites, at the right. Randall Sanchez slowly wakes up and realizes he is in sickbay... very confused...

"What... what happened?  What am I doing here?  Where is Species 8472 and the Loxians?  We were in a fight with them... I need to get back to the bridge and try to talk to them..."

Sir, the scans are complete.

It appears that some massive object has deliberately collided with the station. I have also detected some debris that would be consistent with asteroid remains, though this sector has no asteroid belt on any star chart.

*pauses for a moment*

Sir, I am detecting a small shuttlecraft near the station. It is loaded with explosives. It seems that Admiral Nocturnus was trying to deliver a blow to the enemies at the cost of his own life.

*pauses*

The needs of many outweight the needs of few or one. A very logical decision...

"No, let's stay at impulse power, Mr. Dalon. If we go to warp now, we might get too much attention with warp trail signals. Make all the scans you possibly can.

Hmm... so Loxians have been here, and they were attacked and destroyed. From what I've seen from the Loxians so far, they are very aggressive and violent, I wouldn't be surprised that it was the Loxians who provoked Species 8472, and not the other way around.
Perhaps Mr. Neelix can tell us more.

Sanchez to Mr. Neelix, please report to the bridge."

Also everyone, I will be on holiday from may 14 till june 3, and not be able to be online during that time. So my character has to become hurt in that time and unconscious or something, unless any of you have a better idea. And normally my XO should be able to keep the mission running while I'm gone but since Zach Schmidt has not posted since april 26 (almost two weeks ago!) and so can't be counted on unfortunately, I have decided that during my absence Zephram Lagos will be in command of the ship and the mission.

"Thank you, Mr. Brooks. Try to hail them, tell them we are here on a peaceful mission, we have no intentions of any hostilities against anyone."

"How long I've been aboard. Well let's see about 1 year I believe. When we first arrived at this nebula I was stationed on the USS Skytoucher, but when this ship was build I asked for a transfer.
So now I am here, wanting to be an explorer and always enthousiastic to see new worlds...that's ofcourse the reason why I did join this project..
