Taurik, Freeman, several engineers, and one new crewmember, a young female Vulcan, materialize on the pads of Transporter Room Three.

"Ms. Kassie, please follow me to my ready room. Commander, I will be able to entertain your questions soon afterward."

*Kassie Works at her station rather diligently for the next couple of hours........She thinks she may have found the command net.....but then she doesnt but soon she thinks she finds it and finds something more interesting while she works........But in the mean time she deletes the command net that she was supposed too*

I deleted the Command net as ordered too but I found something of interest.......It seems that Someone tried to hack into the computer mainframe almost *Morgan hears some beeps in the back ground*.........Almost 10 hours ago.......seems they were trying to get into the main computer on the saucer section...........As a security precaution Ill do what I can and write some new security subroutines to try and prevent this from happening again*

"We tried activating the shuttles transponder and using probe relays to boost the gain.   Commander Baphomet attempted the process.   SHE might have sabatoged it.  I would like to do the process over again in an isolated area of the ship, say engineering perhaps."

Is there something special im looking for ?....It would greatly help my search if I knew the specifics of what is wrong ?......and that sorta thing ?.........Would you know the name of the file ?

Baphomet, was listening to Commander Freeman's mind, her thoughts start to wander.
Many question's start to form into her mind:
*Why did she activate the Section 31 program, instead of telling the rest of the crew about Captain Taurik and what his orders were to her?
*How did the Nanites get into her body and what went wrong with them?
*What is happening at the moment, why is Taurik being so obviously secretive?
*Who are these Gallifreyans really? (Apart from being from Doctor Who; http://www.expansionfleet.com/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>).
*How, in all that is logical, was she going to get out of Freeman's brain and back into a physical body?

It seems the S31 files are still in place.......the entire ship reboot may have given you back control but the S31 files are still there.......and they seem to have reverted back to there previous state before as if no one never tampered with them.........I am temporarily Quarintining them from the rest of the systems........

Also run a security sweep on the ship.   Look for anomilies on the hull.
