Rivendell Mss. 5: The Disappearance of Cpt. Taurik

[Taurik]

"Prudent thinking, Mr. Freeman. You may utilize whatever personnel you need for your investigation."

Taurik turns his attention to the long-incapacitated tactical officer standing before him once again.

"It is good to see you awake again, Lieutenant. Under normal circumstances, I would advise you get another night of rest, but we are rather shorthanded in the tactical department at the moment. You may return to duty as soon as you feel able."

[Taurik]

(OFF: Yep. Since they're damaged beyond repair, we're escorting them in case they come under attack again.)

Taurik sits in his ready room chair, opens a personnel roster on the desktop display, and begins reviewing it, seeing some changes that need to be made.

[Morgan Freeman]

*Morgan looks at the PADD for a moment and then with a smile*

"Excellent work Kassie, I will call upon you in a little while"

[Morgan Freeman]

"I am afraid I don't know much more then that exept for the fact that the file seems to delete itself after its run and copy itself to a new location.

[Peter Svensson]

*Meanwhile, on the bridge, Peter Svensson and a Droid called HK47 materialize. Instantly, Svensson looks around to check the situation they have stranded in.*
"Computer, confirm with voice recognition... Peter Svensson, Director Section 31."
Computer: "Confirmed. You now have full access to all systems of the U.S.S. Rivendell."
"Good. Computer, halt all running programs until my further order."
Computer: "Acknowledged."
"Now can someone tell me what is going on here?"

[Taurik]

Taurik strains to speak while maintaining the ship's warp field. "ETA... to the Evolution?"

[Kassie]

*Kassie started to feel a little light headed and started to get a headache from her Rock climbing incident and thought she should head down the sickbay to get it checked out*

*Few minutes later she enters sickbay and goes to a Biobed*

*she nods to Freeman and notices he was promoted*

Congratulations Commander......This just means more duties for you and less for me *snickers*.....*rubs her head from to attempt to subdue the headache*
Doctor......Im getting this huge headache......I dont think I fully recovered from that rock climbing incident...and my legs been acting up....its hard for me to walk properly......It was probly caused bye me falling and crashing and the rocks falling didnt help *smiles*........could you take a look at it ?......

*looks around waiting for the doctor and hops off the biodbed curious as to what the doctor was doing heads over and observes for awhile until the doctor has time to get rid of this headache*

Freemans Turbolift comes screching to a halt and he is stuck between decks 1 and 2.   Attempting to hail the computer or anyone else on the bridge fails.   Freeman opens the hatch at the top of the lift carefull to store the padd in his jumpsuit before climbing up the top of the lift.  

After what seems like an eternity Freeman makes it out of the lift and climbs the half level to the bridge.   Opening the door by the manual release raises himself up to the bridge.  and in an instant has his type 1 hand phaser out.  

"Commander Travis, what in the #### happened.    Who exicuted a Section 31 code? "

Just then emergency power  is restored to the bridge and communications come back online.

We got power back and the reactor is holding.  It looks like both sections of the core were jettisoned.   Where not going anywhere fast.

 I will get the main computer back up.  See if you can't get some of these emergency bulkheads raised and the turbolifts back.

"When I find out who did this" Freeman says as he rips open an access panel.  "I just got the d*mn thing put back together."

"Mr. Freeman, you hold the rank of Lieutenant Commander. As such, I expect you to perform your assigned duties with the discipline and caliber of such a rank. However, you have not been performing your duties as someone of your rank would. As such, I am forced to adjust your rank to match."

"Emergency Channel open to Avalon Sir.

Computers still coming up.  There seems to be an algarythm that is preventing the main computer from coming online."

Freeman continue's working in the conduit.

Commander there was a massif spike in the Meta plankh level just proir to the Captains disappearance sir.

Well yea see doctor....my mother was human.......and she was a lil bit of a joker.......while my dad is a vulcan whos also the chief engineer of the evolution.......So......I got some of the best traits from both races........HONEST!
