Mission 2: "Lending a Helping Hand"

*Lothlorien Bridge*

Well No loss of life and only 10 Marines in critically injuried I would call that a success sir. So far the plan is working well. Only waiting on the Iroquois for our full battle fleet to be in opperation. So long as the Marines over there can keep that ship so that it fires on the Heraanl we should be okay.

[William Wallace]

OOC: No-one has posted that they are flying it but the idea was to bring it back.

IC: ==/\== Yes Admiral Captured. We should be there with in Ten minutes. ==/\==

OOC 2: Could we make it that they have a cloak or something.  Colonel: Could you get one of your men to post somehing of that sort, and that the ship is following behind use Please.

[John Simpson]

"Yes sir." Simpson called out.

<Opens a channel to the USS Lothlorien>

"Captain, we have suddenly gotten us a prisoner.  Happens to be a Heraani Cmdr.  The Cmdr of this ship to be more precise.  We also lost Nathen.  Hes barely alive and we will be out of the nebula in the next 5 minutes.  Tell Nesbit to prepare the medical bay for wounded.  Most of the marines are wounded only 10 are critical.  Also if you have a brig get ready to hold our guest in there.  Heraani ship out." Simpson reported.

<End transmission>

<Minutes past as they exited the nebula the Iroquois picked up a heraani vessel fly out of the nebula and started to head towards them>

"Col. we are out and are in transporter range.  Lowering shields, I think."

<Sends another transmission to the Iroquois>

"Transport our wounded the shields are down and you may transport out guest to the brig." Simpon called out.

[Balkazar]

<Heraani Vessel>

"Ok, go.  Richerds take helm.  According to Simpson tactical was control from the helm seat or he may have rerouted it from its actual station but we shall see." Balkazar said as Simpon was leaving.

[Tom Titan]

"Colonel you may beam over when ready. Good luck. Titan out."

[Tom Titan]

*Tom thinks for a moment then it clicks...*

"This will work to our advantage, if they go into the nebula their sheilds and sensors will be down! Mr. Kozlov ready all phasers and torpedo bays. As of now we are on red alert."

*He taps his combadge and comms Colonel Balkazar.*

"Colonel, the Heerani ships are heading into the nebula. This means their shields will be down so this is what I ask of you. We will beam your you and one company instead of two platoons over to one cruiser simultaneously just as it enter he nebula. It will be the last ship so they will not know what will be happening. Capture the ship and bring back out of the nebula. We will communicate the Iroquois and have her come out and when the Heerani turn to leave the nebula we will open up and destroy them before they leave the nebula."

[Balkazar]

<Balkazar returned to the bridge and stood out of the way watching and observing the starfleet crew, quietly>

"Crap, hes going into cardiac arrest.  His body isnt taking the heart replacement as easily." John told the doctor.

[Balkazar]

<Heraani ship>

*Keeping a cool head as to what just happened, Balkazar orders the armored units to rally, in a short time they did and entered melee combat with the Heraani solders.  It was a tough fight as several heraani soldiers went down from blade gashes across there chests, several were killed as they were cleaved in two.  In less then 10 minutes they were all killed save for the Commander*

"Surrender, Cmdr.  Your troops are dead and your cut off from your people.  You have no where to go." Balkazar called out to the heraani cmdr.

"Ill have my revenge on you and Ill suck the marrow from your BONES!!!! you scum." he said as he charged Balkazar in an act of desperation.

<Parrying the Cmdr's sword and slashing the cmdr in the back, he went down barely alive from his wounds>

"Simpson, Pilot us out of here and inform the Iroquios we have a prisoner." Balkazar called out.

[Balkazar]

<Balkazar had rounded the corner and headed for the beam in spot while several other marines were getting there gear together to be transported back to the Lothlorien.  After several minutes of the waiting, Balkazar and the marines transport back to the Lothlorien.  Balkazar soon returned to the bridge and only found Wallace in charge>

"Wallace, wheres Captain Titan?" Balkazar said wearily.

[Tom Titan]

"Indeed they are my god be with them."

"Colonel, Admiral Yates loaded 40 special combat armors onto this ship. I am not allowed to let them be used until fully tested but I see this as a good opportunity to test them now. So I want you to pick 40 of your best men and suit them up."

[William Richerd]

Richerd soon entered the bridge and nodded his head in the affirmative. "Aye, sir." he sat down and soon, he was making the ship stay steady and waiting for what ever might be coming next.

[Maguid Velotian]

*Maguid looks over his controls trying to remember what he had just said, then looks back over at the Commander*

"Forgive me, I may be wrong, but I don't recall saying that she was leaking plasma, sir."

*Goes back to his controls*

OFF: William, that remark about leaking plasma was in '*', its not something I said. ..yes, she is leaking warp plasma, but I didn't explain why. - just to clear things up. Also - Welcome Malia.

OOC**Nesbitt, it was John who went to get the medkits and such not Balkazar.

<John hurried into the shuttle bay just as Balkazar was laying out plans to the marine platoon's.  He walks over and sets his gear down next to the other EVA suits and gear, then heads over to join his comrades for the debriefing>
