Mission 11: "Impromptu Heroism"

[Taurik]

"I am not so sure, Commander. Open a channel to the Rivendell."

As soon as the channel was open, Taurik spoke. "Orpheus, I would like to see if you can make a way into the station's computer core. We have a crewman trapped inside the core, and with main power offline, we have no way to remove him."

[Givrillian Sarpedon]

"Yea, I suppose so. Still, the way he's acting, he'll end up kicked off the bridge if he carries on..."

[Kassie]

<Nudges Sarp really quickly and leans over to his ear>

"Psst, dont say that about HK47.  Hes a good guy and sooner you realize that the better.  I would always count on either him or the captain to get my keister out of the fire any day."

As the group moved through the building, Sarpedon had been glancing around at almost everything they had passed, taking in every detail. It was such an amazing place, and it was almost unbelievable that they were here.

As they entered the main council chamber, Sarpedon glanced around at everything in that room too - the table, the ornate chairs and furnishings, the holo-fountain - before he remembered his manners.

Turning back to the Council, Sarpedon clasped his hands behind his back and bowed to the Council, before standing up straight again, his hands still clasped behind his back and his eyes darting to every detail of the chamber.

"I wouldn't consider that forward at all, in fact I would be delighted" Morgan said as he brushed his hand on the side of T'lanas face. "You are prettier then I remember." He said gazing at her.

"I would prefer not Captain. I was merely commenting that it does not seem that a medical officer has reported in. If it would be permissible, I would prefer to be given a range of assignments, from any department, to widen my experiences and better prepare me for any situation."

"Hmmmm, some of us dont.  I preffer to show emotions, makes life more interesting.  I have my mothers emotions and my fathers logic and with a crew full of practically all Vulcans, theres enough logic to go around to surely make up for my illogicalness at times.  Does that make any sense to you?"

Yea, that could be done fairly easily. I've spent most of my life working on little freighters. When we get there I would even be able to change our flight pattern to that more typical of a freighter.

"HK47, the bridge crew does not require your negative input, nor your condescension. If you do not treat the officers on this ship with more respect, I'll have you removed from the bridge. I am sure the engineers could use someone to assist them in menial labor. Ambassador or not, you must still respect the authority of even the lowest midshipman aboard this vessel, as you are a guest. If you wish your diplomatic career to flourish, I suggest you attempt to actually employ diplomacy."

Coming onto the bridge with a tricorder and medical kit I start to triage and send some of the worst wounded people directly to sickbay.

I come upon Bran and start his reading. I turn the tricorder through all the setting and finally get to one that is working. As I assess the injuries I move him to sickbay and straight to a biobed where I start working on his injuries first.

After about Twenty minutes I make my way Bran is starting to make his way back to us. Good Afternoon Ensign. I made an interesting discovery. One that Starfleet I am sure will be interested in. I don't know who or what your father was but I think you Mother may have been Betazoid.

"captain tactical ready if the evolution would come about we could put ourseves between her and the other enemy vessle and i can give her a few moments to get moving and cover her but we wont beable to hold long before we start takeing damage sir,and ive asked a security detachmreent to make preperation for a posable evacution of the evolutions away team if needed sir with a full combat load"

Sarpedon reached over to the Ops console next to his and tapped in the commands, routing the feed to a small box on the main viewscreen.

"Probe is away."

Tapping on his own controls once again, Sarpedon tried to compensate for the strange turbulence being caused by the portal, with some success.

"Commander, the rift is shaking us about a bit. I don't know if you want us to stay here or move further back."

"Captain, i'm picking up a slight power drain, nothing to extream, but i recomend going to full shields while i try and lock down a source."
