USS Evolution Mission 14: The Last Flight

[Hedford]

"Captain, I was asked by Admiral Montrell to handle the securing of the Evolution. When will you be finished there? We need to tow it to the other side of the dockingbay and starting as soon as possible would finish this all. Admiral Detrell will sent some teams to help with the last steps of the decommissioning, as soon as he has done his last major repairs on the Station."

[Spock]

*Spock leaves the bridge and heads down to engineering, a few minutes later he enters engineering, he goes over a console and starts working out the needed calculations, Nonir sent down the evolutiond warp trail and factored them into the equations, while he did this a crewmen comes up and talks to Spock*

Crewmen:  "Sir, the warp drive is at peak performance under these curcumstances."

Spock:  "Good, thank you crewmen."

Crewmen:  "Sir."

<Spock to Bridge>

"Captain you have full warp, I think the warp core could handle you going to max speed.  The plan will be ready momentarily."

<Spock out>

*continueing to work for the next 30 minutes he sent out the decoy, on the bridge the plan was set into motion as a thousand Evolution decoy sensors popped up heading in different directions and supposedly exiting warp, while some was back tracking, but in the mess the real Evolution continued on there journey*

[Taurik]

"I must disagree with that plan. Randall, your place is on the bridge of your ship. I am much better suited than most for a land battle, I should be with the rebels on the planet. Commander Freeman is capable of commanding the Rivendell and you should be here. My abilities will be of great use during the attack on Loxius itself."

[Jesse Nofftz]

" Commander Lauren, we just lost our last phaser bank. Engineering reports we won't be able to repair it."

[Jesse Nofftz]

The ship shakes violentley and Nofftz is thrown to the ground. As he rises he says " Captain, we can't take another hit like that one. I suggest you get to your shuttle before there is no shuttle at all."

[Spock]

*Spock began to transfer power from the phaser banks to the shields, then pushed from one console to roll to another and began setting up the warpcore to explode*

"You got max power to shields, I'm evacuating engineering to get to there escape pods, and shuttles."

<Taps his combadge to the Rivendell>

"Rivendell, lock onto my life signs and stand bye for transport.  Wait till the last possible second then transport."

[Randall Sanchez]

OFF: Now would be a good time if someone read the sensors that the Rivendell is in pursuit, still quite some distance behind but at faster warp speed and thus will gain up on us before we reach Loxius.

[Ardeth Wildcat]

*Sword of Justice to Blaze*

"No need to yell!  I was trying to get used to this.  My cursed Cybernetics keep locking up!" Ardeth said back through the comlink.  He then ran through several ways to land a fighter, and set it down softly, just within his running distance.  He analyzed the data, and searched for potential weaknesses.

[Kelli Lauren]

"I'd rather be in the brig than dead, sir! With all due respect, I think you're letting your personal interests in the matter cloud your judgement! If Zayan were not involved, would you be so zealous about all this?"

[Morga Harf]

Captain I agree with Commander Lauren. now would be a good time to contact Enocj=h and get him to open those doors before the station can do anything to stop us. Because if they are able to get us before we get away we can all expect do be shipped back to the Alpha quadrent to put in some time in New Zealand sir.

[Blaze]

"Im not here to impress anyone Commander, Im here to assist in anyway thats needed, and I dont need YOUR! permission to do anything.  I am merely offering my services nothing more.  If Captain Taurik can take care of himself great.  If not then thats where I come in.  Im no more stronger or intelligent then you are, Commander.  I just know how to do ALOT! because of the battles I have been threw in the past and that gives me more experience then anyone on this ship!.  One day I may have to save your life!." Blaze was rather irritated at such a question from Kelli but tried his best to keep his cool.

<The message from the Rivendel came in>

"Send me everything you can on this fortress besides the defense systems.  It will give me something to do.  Commander Baphomet." Blaze said.

<Then sends an encrypted datalink to Blaze's arm computer to Baphomet>

**Vulcan Shuttle Kelata**

"Captain, this is Lt. Commander Baphomet, I am standing by if you and any of your staff wants to beam aboard; The Kelata can seat 20 persons in comfort."

*Sanchez paused, and then stood slowly, looking the doctor in the eyes.*
"Thank you."
*He looked down for a moment.*
"I assume you know the plan, you've been to the briefings. Godspeed, doctor."
*As Sanchez headed for the turboshaft, he looked back at Hannah.*
"What about Ms. Lauren?"

The complex is shielded and has multiple Phaser canon turret emplacement.

If you intend to travel to the surfice by shuttle, which would be a logical supposition, then you will need an escort."]
