*At that moment, the turbolift doors slide open and Enoch steps onto the bridge.*
"Ah, captain Sanchez. You wanted to talk to me? This ship looks pretty bad, doesn't it?"

"Hmm... It should not be that difficult with the access to technology I can get."
*He quickly looks around.*
"Not that how I got that access is in any way relevant now. Well, I could create a diversion to attract the attention of the officers on the station to. Then I could probably get to Ops and get those shuttlebay doors to open easily enough. I'll be gone again before anyone knew I was in there. Leave it up to me, Sanchez, just be ready to engage your engines when the moment comes!"

[Taurik]

"As I am sure you understand, Vulcan logic would state the opposite. You made a commitment to Starfleet, you pledged yourself to the service of the Federation, and that is your first duty."

Taurik himself sighs, something very uncharacteristic of him. "But I, myself, have had situations where I believe logic alone is insufficient to making the correct decision. Randall, I can see no fault in your actions. I do understand the concept of love, unlike most Vulcans. I have often been considered by my people to be irrational and prone to emotion. And I can find no reason why you should be detained."

Taurik pondered for a moment, and spoke almost as if to himself. "For millenia, much of the Gallifreyan edict and law has preached isolation, and for those millenia the Order has battled the Na'jigat only. But I believe it is time for that to change. The galaxy is at a turning point, and I fear for the fate of all of the peoples of it. The Gallifreyan Order, which claims to fight for the well-being of all life, has turned a blind eye to such sufferings for far too long."

Taurik stands, looking right into the captain's eyes. "To that end, I pledge to you my assistance. I have no doubt Zayan and the rebels will be at a disadvantage. If you are going to fight a civil war, you will need all of the help you can muster."

[Blaze]

"Alright, Ardeth.  Lets get going.  Ardeth ill take helm.  You get yourself ready." Sneered Blaze.

*The ship shakes.*
"Lt. Cmdr. Lauren, return fire! Torpedoes full spread, full power to phaser banks. Fire!!! Divert extra energy to forward shields! Helm, evasive maneuvres!"

"Yes... you could say that... about the ship. Thanks for coming, but before I tell you what the reason for this is, I must ask that you promise to keep this to yourself, at least for now. This isn't exactly... legal."

[Kelli Lauren]

Meanwhile, Kelli wraps her bloodied arms around Bryan, and leans on him slightly.

"Come on, we've got to go."

[Randall Sanchez]

"A deception? Are you sure of this? Because if they are really intent to help us, we could really use the Rivendell by our side to stand a better chance!"
*Sanchez thinks.*
"But then again, they don't know why I'm doing what I'm doing... I told you my motivations, but not them, so how could they be motivated to do something if nobody even told them why?"
*Sanchez then looks at Taurik again.*
"If you were any other captain I would have suspected that you were part of the plot too, but you're my friend and I know you well enough to know you're sincere, so I trust you. Do what you must."

*Enoch nods and without saying another word, he leaves the bridge and returns to the station.*
