"Admiral, I have no god complex.  I will make this work.  But please inform the CO that I will be part of any descision making that involves the marines.  And I will give my men the orders not him.  As far as following the chain of command, I just needed to be reminded who is in charge on board the vessel and I thank you for reminding me of that, Admiral.  Please excuse my arogance, its been awhile sense I have been on a ship.  Perhaps in time we will work as a well oiled machine but until then.  Theres bound to be problems along the way.  Maybe this will be a good thing.  Would you like a tour of the vessel, Admiral?" Balkazar said.

"If you are referring to any of those Sovereign, Galaxy, Excalibur, and Excelsior class ships you see out there then I am afraid not. Not for a long time. Its a shame seeing such prestigious ships just sitting there. But when we get re-crewed they we will be out there again someday."

[Jacob Ressik]

<Security Department.>

Ressik drops the equipment he is carrying and heads over to Ensign Kozlov.

"Well do our Job you do your job.......Sir" Jacob Responds eyeing him up with utmost hatred.

[William Richerd]

Richerd was frozen in his spot at the rash demand of a clocking device. He didn't even realize that they were even thinking of a clocking device, but he was glad that the Admiral was on top of his game and didn't freeze like he had.

Richerd pulled himself out from below the helm board. He saw the captain and gave him a salute. "A pleasure to meet you sir. I am Captain Richerd of Charlie Company. If you would excuse me, I have to go get my physical from the new Doctor." He spoke briskly and with a purpose to every word.

Ah very good Doctor. I thought I might be getting a little rich. I haven't been getting the exercise that I should. I think I should get to the gym more often. I know the Colonel could have me back in shape in no time. In fact I might even go and see him and work out an exercise program to get me better shaped to handle the stress of Command.

Very well Doctor I shall see you again. Next time I see you it will be a better healthier person. Maybe not Marine Quality but better and fitter atleast.

Ressik I will need you to pack these medipacks according to my previous request also i will need some muscles to move out all this old equipment and move in the new stuff.

*Julian 's annoucment activates over the communications channel half way through Mason's introduction with the captain*
"He sounds envious that his leaving and we're staying. Sir, why don't you ask him to serve aboard this ship. We still have counsellor, ambassador and ships cook available. And a few more positions I'm sure.

Is there anything in the Starfleet manual stating that Members of High Command can not serve aboard star ships?" queries mason

[John Simpson]

"Yes, Sir.  When you 2 are ready we will go." he said heading to the door.

[Jacob Ressik]

At that moment two Marine Corporal's entered the department to see the stand off.

*Ressik motions to the two Corporals

"Lets go and leave this prick to his dirty work." *Nods to Viktor.

As they exit Viktor hurls further abuse at them.

"Alright then lets proceed."

*...As they walked along the corridor the seemed to circle about . Yates was looking for a turbo lift but just couldnt seem to find one...*

"So, Mark. Have you ever been on a starship before?"

Admiral Karelia unexpectedly stepped onto the bridge to see the new vessel under his charge, and abruptly walked into an argument between Colonel Balkazar and Commander Wallace.

"Is there a problem here, gentlemen?"

<Turns around and notices Mason was staring at him but doesnt pay him no mind as John turns and stood by Balkazar with his phaser in its holster and took up a guard position nearby>
