Mission 8: The Battle of Avalon

Baphomet, knowing that humans have a pentient for dermal contact with the mouth, reciprecated Morgan's affectionate kiss.

She remained quiet during breakfast, partly because it is illogical to have a conversation while eating and partly because she couldn't think of anything to say until after the meal.

"It seems that the Rivendell is not required for anything at the moment, so it would be logical to use this lull to enhance the performance of this vessel, would it not."

"Either that, or I can show you how to pilot my shuttle 'the Kelata" and how to use the Shift-Drive."

Matthews returned to the ship and entered the bridge.
"Captain, the Admiral told me you might have returned".
He noticed the arm and slightly wavered.
"...The Rivendell is needed to check the wreckage of ships for survivors and supplies, and things of that sort".

OFF: I see thats a problem... I didn't know there was currently no mission for this ship. Where is the ship at the moment anyway?

[Will Matthews]

He worked at tactical for near an hour before speaking again.
"I have transported 25 of the pods to all of our bays with space. The five remaining have been transported to the station bays. From my scans those were the only lifesigns in the wreckage area sir".
He looked down to check.
"There is an unknown number of mangled ship debris which I can push from around the station with the tractor beam set to repel. If there is anything by itself we were needed to look for, It would very much be trying to find a needle in a haystack".

Matthews stood ready at his station, awaiting word for things to do.

Captain, Baphomet has informed me of a shift event which we have concluded can only come from a vessel the size of a runabout.

Baphomet bowed her head at Commander Freeman (Thinking: He has determination, I'll give him that).
Baphomet then looked to Captain Taurik after he called Battle-readiness.

"Science station standing by Captain, Shift-Drive powered up and standing by, diverting control to the helm."

Baphomet's console got her attention with a chime.

"Captain, Psionic energy detected."
"The resenance is akin to that of the Gallifreyans, location unknown."

[Morgan Freeman]

"Doctor, thank you for coming up.  I was wondering if you would give me your medical opinion on the threat we now face.  
It is a living paracite that craves on thing.   How do you deal with it?

[Morgan Freeman]

"All crew are granted shore leave.  Feel free to make use of the stations facilities."

Doctor received information from his TARDIS's temporal sensors, regarding the federation vessel the USS Rivendell at Frontier station.

Doctor Who, then sent the relevant information to Baphomet, ending with the statement. "I will be watching you if I am needed, see you in time."

Baphomet hadn't even realised she was displaying any form of nervousness, until she realised she was figiting.

"I am concerned that the bonding that occurs with Kun-ut Kali-fi, might cause some mental problems and an infatuation rather than a genuine attraction."
"Also I was wondering how far you want us to go, as you know I can not bare children due to, when I was captured by the Romulans when I was a V'Shar operative."
"It is hard for emotional beings to bond with us Vulcans, I fear that I will not matter to you anymore."

Baphomet then left for the Bridge, to check the latest sensor logs.

""Aye sir."

Baphomet then looked at the transmission logs...

"Not as yet Commander."

[Baphomet]
