"Yes admiral.   I will work on that refit list for the Rivendell ASAP.  

Commander Baphomet, prepare for MVA seperation sequence.  Admiral, will you take command of section 1, Baphomet 2, and I will take section 3.  
We are going to Freeman alpha tango.  

Lt. Mathews, contact Avalons operations center.  Tell them to prepare an inverted shield to capture the particals from the Rivendell.  "

**The Crew of the Rivendell exicute there orders with persision.**

Matthews returned to his post as the Commander and Captain spoke.
"Sir, I am reading some 30 or so escape pods in orbit of the station. Most of them are trying to contact the station, which might explain why the Rivendell had trouble getting through before I was sent".

[Morgan Freeman]

"Baphomet, you never cease to amaze me."

As Morgan says this he reaches his hand up and puts it on Baphomets sholder.

Taurik summons a burst of energy, and dematerializes from the ship's bridge.

Baphomet turns to Morgan and indicates the sensor readouts and the frequency modulation grid on the display.

"It appears that early this morning at 0235 hours, sensors detected an anomalous event that it is not programmed to understand.
But, as I have done the resesarch, I know what the readings are, a Shift-effect.
Which means only one thing, a vessel with person or persons unknown used a Shift Drive early this morning.
It was not my shuttle, nor was it the altered Scorpion Attack Fighter.
Interdimensional Portals, whether used for Teleportation, time travel or other reasons, all leave exactly the same Quantum Subspace Signature."

Baphomet with her Vulcan ears heard every word Mr. Freeman said.
Baphomet went up to Freeman, when he walked away from the Captain.

"Commander, instead of a Quantum singularity, which has the same power output as an Antimatter/Matter reactor, perhads you would be interested in the Zero Point Energy converter, I have recently talked about."

"The power accessable from using a ZPE converter, has never been measured, let us just say, that all the beings of the universe would be envious."

OOC: I don't get that either, Vulcan has no royalty and is not an empire. Or did we suddenly appear in the Mirror-verse?

(OFF: Yes. they did, but in the process, they interrupted our current mission (which is on higher authority anyway), and expected us to drop everything to heed their beck and call. Considering our current mission has already been planned, I REALLY don't like that.)

the one thing I know for sure this virus has the basic source code of our secuitey systems embedded in it thats how they were abke to by pass our secuitey plus it must haven some basice secuitey code to go by to by bypass the secuitey of a star ship  there must be somthing in our secuitey system that is common in all Starships

"I am reading lifesigns on the bridge, and several decks below it".
He then began working his console quickly to recieve the survivors.
"I am transporting them to sickbay now sir".

"Given the benifit of time I would agree but I don't think we have it."

Turns to Captain Taurik

"Sir I volunteer to command the section the fires the deflector with a skeleton crew."

Baphomet was completely taken by surprise, but liked it more than she will ever admit.

"That is okay Commander, I know of th human pentiant for emotional outbursts."

"Now all that is required is a test, if you would like to test it now it makes no difference that the Rivendell is at warp and at Warp 4, it will take the Rivendell several days to get to Frontier Station."

"It would be logical if I piloted the fighter while you monitored the Scorpions systems while Shifting, shall we."

Vulcans do not under any circumstances show affection, although it is not unheard of especial in an interspecies relationship...being the logical thing to do of course.

Vulcans also do not believe in luck, it has no basis in reason, but certain species (humans included) are superstitious about such things.

Having known that, Baphomet then kissed Morgan affectionately on the cheek.

OOC: The coolest thing about using Shift-Drive, apart from the near instantaneous travel, is that it creates an Interdimensional Portal, so there is no need to open Shuttle bay doors http://www.expansionfleet.com/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
A Shift-Drive is also Universe, in the respect that no matter your desired version of travelling FTL, the Shift-Drive can do it.
This is possible simply because of the Shift-Drives capability of of travelling Interdimensionally.
