*Sanchez opens his eyes slowly. He feels a painful headache that almost prohibites him from opening his eyes, but he manages anyway, as he attempts to get up*

"What... what happened? I thought I was ordering a drink in Ten Forward..."

[Randall Sanchez]

"Me? Rest? I don't have time to rest. I'll see if I can schedule rest in my planning sometime later in my life..."

*tries to get up*

"I need to check on the status of the ship... we might soon embark on a new mission and the Evolution needs its captain..."

*Walks in to the conversation, with no idea of what happened*

*Sanchez decides to accept the order without discussion, and has some rest in sickbay. Meanwhile, he looks on his PADD, over the list of crewmembers. He notices that now since he's promoted to captain, he needs a new XO. After some thinking, he makes a decision... and touches his combadge*

"Sanchez to Commander Schmidt, it's visiting hour in sickbay."

*some moments later, security officer Schmidt arrives*

"Zach Schmidt, you've done a good job in the past, and I need a new XO. I think you're ready for the task, so I'm hereby promoting you to XO of the Evolution. Congrats, commander!"

I can sleep anywhere. Just give me a place to hang my uniforms and weapons, and a little area for me to sleep. I can sleep on the floor if it is not enough space.
