U.S.S. Evolution Mission 11: Durandal

[Zayan]

*Zayan chuckles a little as she sits down next to Sanchez.*

You sure do know how to compliment a lady.  But no, I don't get to hear such things often. Too many just see me as an Exile Loxian General and don't want to look farther than that, as I can be quite a brutal person.

*She lets a worry-some sigh out.*

It is good though to hear that your views of Loxians has changed. I am not showing you any sides of my people, just showing you who we really are.  We were once a peaceful people, no great wars or mass killings.

*Zayan can't help but laught very loud at his question regarding kissing.*

You have not dated much have you?  It is the same with all species-some are good kissers others not so good, and of course there are some who kiss like only thought possible in dreams.

*She then smiles at him, the candle-light reflecting in her eyes.*

Why not have something smooth to drink and perhaps a dinner?

[ftima]

"why nonir, why did you jump infront, i cant live this a second time".

*Crying ftima gets hold of her hypospray and tricoder. She schans nonir with it, and it gives a very weak sign of life*

'Valory chuckled'

Well Sir I don't really have anything to do but I guess I could go on leave.

[Kelli Lauren]

Kelli smiles weakly, her fatigue readily apparent.

[Bryan Hannah]

Bryan kissed the top of Kelli's head, and closed his eyes, soon falling asleep himself.

[Durandal]

Durandal experiences an overwhelming sense of euphoria as he is transferred into the ships computer. He pauses for a minute, then his disembodied voice emanates throughout the bridge.

"This is incredible! I feel so... real! I believe this is what it feels like to have a body. I can feel the whole ship around me, as if it is me!"

He removes his holographic image from the pedestal for the time being, and toys slightly with the ships systems, just to get a feel for it. The  Nova class ship is now essentially Durandal's body, and he begins to fluctuate the warp field and toy with the shield emitters, as routinely as a humanoid would flex their limbs.

[Thomas Kreiser]

"Well, Durandal, I'm ready to do a complete dump from your portable datacore into the system. Are you ready?"

He waits for Durandal's approval, then presses a button on the datacore pedestal.

[ftima]

On:*Meanwhile in sickbay, Ftima is working on Nonir. The shot of the phaser almost hit Nonirs heart. His lifesigns are weak and getting weaker every minute. The biggest problem is not having all her equipment with her, they are still rebuilding sickbay, and the equipment most needed right now, is still not available*

IC**Fine Once your ready to get him to better Facilities just let the transporter know....

*then he leaves the ship to head for the station*

Durendal ill be on the station if you need me......Get ahold of me there.....

*then he leaves the ship*

*Keilah walks out of the science lab, he finally finished the work on his project. The results were satisfying and he now had the time to visit sickbay again. He exited the turbolift which had brought him to the right deck, the doors of sickbay slide open and he immediately sees ftima, on the other side, working on a patient.*

"Hello there, need any assistance?"

[Spock]

IC**Very good Durendal............How are the repairs going along ?......heard anything from the station on Nonirs Condition yet ?...........Oh and have the biobed and medical bay been repaired yet ? I know there was some damage done to that area......And make sure the ensigns put the fresh supplies in the correct spaces..........They tend to not do that at times....

Durandal will be the new A.I. that will be installed.
As of next week, somewhere after the weekend, I will no longer be able to post due to vacation and all that, for about 3 weeks. I will be back around the 10th of august then. So this mission will be one without me, but a ship that's docked doesn't necessarily need its captain on the bridge all the time http://www.expansionfleet.com/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> Tuarthk will not be able to post for one or two weeks either, as he's coming over to visit us. That will thus place Lt. Cmdr. Kelli Lauren in command until either Tuarthk or Sanchez returns. But that doesn't mean that nothing will be going on here!!! IC**Spock returns to the evolution to over see the repairs and total rebuild of deck 4........then an order comes in for a installation of a Ships A.I. With that said spock gives a sigh and goes to meet the repair teams on deck 4 to see how the repairs are going........*

Ensign hows the repairs on deck 4 proceeding?

Ensign: good sir should be done in a week *then gives spock a PADD with the report*

Spock: Good Go about rebuilding Deck 4 and ill see to the rest of the ship.........*spock then wonders off to find nonir in the ships sickbay while looking at the PADD*

*few minutes later spock finds nonir but when he enters sickbay he finds Carlson dead.......Ftima lugging on Nonir....and Nonir Shot*

*goes over and helps Ftima to get Nonir on the biobed*

Doctor......Do something!

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanches smiles at Zayan.*
"It appears as if that outfit was made just for you. Did anyone ever tell you that you are actually a very beautiful Loxian woman?"
*Sanches laughs and shakes his head.*
"And one or two years ago, I would have sworn to hate all Loxians forever. But you're showing me the good side of your species."
*He lights a candle on the table.*
"Computer, route all communications for captain Sanchez and Zayan to commander Tua... Oh, wait, he's on the station. Route to... Lt. Cmdr. Lauren."
Computer: "Acknowledged."
*He motions Zayan to sit down next to him on the counch.*
"Oh, and I meant to ask... is everyone of your species as good a kisser as you?"
*Sanchez smiles again.*

[keilah]

*While watching the scans he hears the emergency beeps that indicate a cardiac arrest*

"We need to react quickly now!"

*Keilah walks over to a table full of instruments, he grabs a defibrillator and returns to Nonir*

"First we need that hart back with a normal sinus rhythm"

*Keilah places the defibrillator on Nonir's skin direct over his hart. He turned the device on and computer controlled shocks were delivered to the heart.*
