"Sir, the Starfleet crew are in pretty good shape despite a few injuries.  Captain Rajnus is recovering nice, Admiral Yates should be up on his feet soon and General Powell is........." he paused before continuing.  "He was put into a salvaged Stasis unit.  Im afraid until we reach Station Avalon their isnt much we can do for him.  The Marine casualities are worse im afraid.  Their was some casualties, mainly from Puma's being exploded but for the most part nothing has been fatal, but we did loose 6 marines.  They have been taken into one of the spare rooms.  The marines are welcome to pay their respects on our way home, Sir." Simpson reported in.

"Everyone on the Puma's or pelicans.  Make sure you have your Anti air guns ready because your firing on the move.  Try to make every shot count.  I dont know if the enemy has dropped to the ground yet so we will go fast and steady not taking risks.  MOVE OUT!" was all Balkazar said as he got into the lead Puma and they sped forward with the Pelicans providing air support over head.

Richerd was not pleased they had fallen back two times and where now holed up in the remains of the large sensor dish area of the once proud star ship, all of them were using whatever cover, and it just seemed to him that they were not having any luck at the moment trying to push back, they had lost two men from his brigade and one from the survivors of the starship, other then that they all have been staying low and trying to pick off any of the Heraan that might get too reckless they had already taken down six, mainly with using the weapons on top of the pelicans but right now it was not looking good, the weapon platforms had been knocked out or offline, and some of the tracks had been damaged to prevent movement, so they were trying their hardest to fight at the bow of the ship.

He smiled as one more of the opponiant fell to the ground, making the total seven now, he just hoped that the private he sent through the ship to get supplies from the larger front would get back soon, otherwise the package would not do any good, he just wished he had kept a mortar team with him in the first place.

"You stay put their, Admiral, and dont think about pulling rank because you dont have the security officers to do such a thing nor the power to a brig to hold me in.  Now stay their while we assess the situation and get you looked at." Simon said as he felt a little better and the bleeding to his head stopped.

<Simon went over and looked the Admiral over and found he had several broken ribs and the gash on his neck>

"Well you wont die so you can just sit their screaming out orders while I try and salvage components from the ship.  As for whats going on, All systems are destroyed or damaged, and we have minimal in other area's of the ship.  So you can just park it while we try and get communications up to contact the marines." Simon said as he moved over to his command seat or what was left of it.

=^= "Status. =^= was all Simon said as he looked around and saw what a wonderful ship the Lothlorien was and now its in ruins.

[HK47]

"Not able to keep up I see Private Meatbag.  But if you wish to take a Puma then so be it.  We best make haste to secure the crash site and hope their are survivors, Private." HK said with his computerized voice.

"Alright, Richard, get down to the armory and take stock on what weapons we do have.  The ships crew will either be showing up here or they will be joining up with the marines.  So we need to take stock on what we do have and what the sensors says about our immediate area.  So you do that, Richards take stock on everything else and see if Mr Quinn is alright." Simon said as he began to drop off to sleep but came back to reality.  "Umm, yeah.  Take stock on what we do have and try to get sensors operational.  Shields is secondary, the Heerani will be coming after us and I dont want to be caught off guard so if we can find out what supplies we do have and get atleast the shields back online we then atleast put up some form of defense hiding within the ship and its wreckage." Simon finished as he got up and went over to the engineering console, then brushed aside the debris and fallen conduits off the engineering console but it was off line due to the lack of power.

"See if we have portable power generators in the cargo bay." Simon added.

[Voyager]

Dolan scanned the system throughly before saying, "There is an asteroid belt on the outer part of the star system.  We might be able to take refuge behind some of the larger asteroids."

The ship continued to shake violently as the ship came under heavy fire from more Heraani fighters that were being deployed.  At Dolan's last count, there were 15 and the numbers were beginning to increase rapidly.  Another 3 were deployed as Dolan lowered the amount of power going to sensors slightly, so more power could go to weapons.

[Simon Rajnus]

"Good, Set course.  Lets lure the Carrier inside the asteroid belt or at the very least the fighters.  Arm 4 photon torpedoes medium yeild.  Move people from the lower decks to the upper decks but keep power in engineering.  Then shut off those decks of power and reroute it to the shields.  Arm the probes for remote detonation." Simon told everyone, then the helmsmen set course and engaged on impulse.

"Dolan, find the largest asteroid possible." Simon asked Dolan.

[Quinn]

Quinn entered the new phaser calibrations into the computer. "Aye sir," He replied loudly, covering his head as sparks flew overhead.

A noise sounded from his console, "Shield's are down to 60%," He reported, wincing as more sparks flew.

<Simon sat back in his chair and thought for a moment>

"Interesting, I just called your father a traitor and you did nothing to defend that fact.  Why?" Simon asked Aariya.

<Simon then got up and walked over to the replicator>

"Want anything to drink?" Simon asked before continuing.  "If your going to be my conscious we best learn to trust one another and to get that trust, you can stop hiding the fact your here." Simon said casually.
