*Bursts out laughing.*  "I think you mean a hug old friend *laughs out loud* we're not dating.  I transferred back to Earth and went on an extended Sabbatical after Sam died.  I was ok until I had to go see her family.  Tooke me a little longer than I thought it would to get myself back together again. *chuckles*  "What about you? Where've you been hidin?"
Today, you people are no longer maggots. Today, you are Marines. You're part of a brotherhood. From now on until the day you die, wherever you are, every Marine is your brother. Most of you will go to Vietnam. Some of you will not come back. But always remember this: Marines die. That's what were here for. But the Marine Corp lives forever. And that means YOU live forever.

<Looks over the calculations and they looked good>

"Good work, Ensign." he said giving the calculations back to Dolan.  "Lets get down to Engineering and hook up the Rift Generator and start up the power transfer." he said as Simon left the bridge for engineering to start up the power transfer link.

Thomas Johnson

*Still on duty, Lieutenant Johnson was checking the sensors and found out they were getting close to a space station*

"Commander I'm picking up a space station but because we are in the middle of the nebula, the sensors don't work properly. I'm try the boost the sensor-array"

*Pushes his lacars-consoles and boosts the sensor-array to 107%*

"Sensors function on 107%, I'm trying a new scan of the object"

*Scanning*

"Commander, It is a Star Fleet Science Station, I think we are on the right spot"

=/\= Captain Bode, we are getting close to the Science station =/\=

Clyde Eastwood

Eastwood looked at Balkazar saluted and walked out of the room and as he walked out spoke.

"It would be good if someone could bloody well let me in on things like this, i am your XO you know i knew nothing of this"

Eastwood continued to walk out and head towards his Quarter where he could rest until getting back to Dantor

William Richerd

((This sounds more like a science station run by Section 31 and not the Federation itself. Also... do you mind if I am just like Q in bond in research on new toys? Or could I get involved in the fun later on?))

Richerd was looking at the schematics he had finally found and was now trying to find out just what was going on, with this new development, he was really worried about what might be causing all of this, he was glad the ship brought the Marines this time... he just hoped that the mission could be handled without any real hic ups.

Lobo_Negro

"Yes Sir, Lobo Negro is my full call sign sir.  Eastwood and I served together for many years before I transferred back to Earth.  I was a Gunnery Sergent in those days, but was promoted to 1st Lieutenant in order to serve here Sir."

Jeroen Bode

*The Captain was still waiting for the Iroquois*

"All stations report in please"

=/\= Colonel Balkazar, abort the away mission, the Iroquois has made it clear that they don't need any assistance =/\=

Engineer:  "Sir the Generator is draining a lot of power, I would advise not to keep it active much longer"

"All right, thank you. Let's hail the Iroquois again"

Comm officer: "Channel open sir!"

=/\= Iroquois, it is Captain Bode, our Rift Generator is draining a lot of power, I would advise you to enter the rift as soon as possible =/\=

Occ= I'm trying to speed things up

Raszagal

(OFF: Was that go/nogo deal from Armageddon? Because it sure seemed like it, and that movie rocks. By the way... I'm so glad to find someone else who at least knows the phonetic alphabet.

...I've really got nothing else to post until we move out.)

=/\=  Aye Aye Sir =/\=

*Lobo used all his self control to keep from smashing his fist into the console when he got the order to stand down.  He looked over at Moore...*

"You heard the Colonel, I want these people off this ship, gear stowed, cleaned up and ready to stand inspection and I want it done yesterday.  I'll go see the Colonel and find out what in the hell is goin on.  Until you hear from Balkazar, Eastwood or myself you're in command of ST-1. I'll contact you as soon as I have any information."

*Lobo opened the main hatch, stood up and marched off the Flyer to go stow his gear and get cleaned up before his meeting with the Colonel."

~Internal monologue~  There'd better be a damned good reason for gettin everyone all bloody worked up just to have us stand down.
"Oh but there is Kish, you'll see.  Just wait and all the answers you are looking for will be revealed." ~End Internal~

*Lobo stopped dead in his tracks, turning nearly white as a ghost.  Had he just heard a voice respond to him??

"Nah, probably just all the stress from the past little while."

*Lobo shrugged it off and continued on his way.

=/\= Dolan and Rajnus, when do think we can use the Generator? =/\=

*Finally HK47 answered the questions of the captain, but Jeroen didn't really pay attention...he needed to make his ship ready!*

=/\= Balkazar, get  you men ready. We'll use the rift generator any moment now =/\=

John Simpson

<Science Station>

<John was quickly tending to the wounded as best he could till he saw a body fall from the ceiling, he was about to shoot till he noticed it was a Starfleet officer and rushed over to his side and started to work on him vigorously trying to stabalize his condition.  It took several long minutes but his stomache wound wasnt too bad, so he fixed it up and gave him something for the pain>

"Col, we got a live one here.  Starfleet personel.  Im guessing from this station by the looks of his wounds and what hes been threw." John called over the phaser fire noise.

Eastwood spoke again

"Sir Captain Bode any news on whats happening and also tell your Ensign over there to stop his bitching about been on duty so long, us marines are on duty 24/7 no matter whether we are asleep or not, just a little observation i noticed Sir"
Lt Col Eastwood

John Moore

"Does it know what Sardines are?" John asked. "Or metaphors?"

John Moore

John thought for a moment.

"The inside of that jeffrey's tube felt a bit odd, like there were a few large..." John paused, cocking his head to one side, seemingly distracted by something in his thoughts.

"Large cables loose in there." he said, snapping his attention back into the room

Voyager

"Well, the generator's power level is remaining steady at the moment, the phaser fire didn't hit any EPS conduits or we'd be in trouble.  However, with that warp nacelle in the state that it is, we won't be going to high warp anytime soon.  From the extent of the damage, we might get warp 5, and I emphaize might.  It'll take some time to repair the damage...unless your nanite buddies can do that for us."
