U.S.S. Evolution Mission 6: Exploring Delta Alliance space

Connor smiles as Captains Sanchez and Taurik leave the bridge.
Turning her attention back to the view screen, she couldnt help but study every detail of this new ship.
'I wonder what it would be like to fly a ship like that..' she thought to herself.

I apologize. Yet the transfer notice read that I am to serve under Captain Sanchez, as Engineer Assistant in the team of Lt. cmdr. and Chief Engineer Spock.

[Nicholas]

*takes a seat on the biobed and tries to make some small talk with the doctor while he's being scanned with the tricorder* So Doc, I take it you've been a long time member of the Evolutions crew?

*Shortly later, the ship nears the Temples of Sordinan. On the viewscreen, the bright light of the Quantum Singularity Network can be seen, stretching out wider than could possibly be fitted on the viewscreen. In front of it, a planet is located... where the Temples of Sordinan can be found. Not far away from this planet, some sort of station can be seen, but not a normal station. Attached to it is a large device, having the shape of a horizontal half moon, and next to it the same one but mirrorred.... the Null-Space Catapult.*

We are nearing the Temples of Sordinan. Be welcome to the borders of Delta Alliance and Nigillian space. Please drop out of warp and upon arriving at the planet before you, please take a standard orbit. I will send you the coordinates you can transport down to.

OFF: could the others who are still on the ship (Vurak, Nicholas, Keilah, ...) please post to keep this mission going? I think that with the current mission, there sure is enough for everyone to get themselves involved with it.

*The swarm of energy speeds toward the ejected warp core of the USS Evolution, as soon as the one of the USS Tiberon is utterly gone...*
"Energy... Energy! Na'jigat Lords of the Universe need energy!  Want energy!"
*It swallows the warp core, and for a moment it stays suddenly quiet... like a dog sniffing its prey before eating it to make sure its not poisoned... But then, at last it begins to feed from the warp core, though much slower than usual...*

Intriguing piece of equipment Captain. I would like more information of it's blue print on how it's created. I remember that I was on the Voyager some years back. I remember going through it before my time here on the evolution.  It was quite well. Logically speaking. Unique.

I would like to speak to the engineers from the quandrant on it's designs in the near future.

Now as I was pointing out Captain. The unique design does make it for easy travel from one part of the planet to another planet to save on time and ship travel, but as I have learned it does need a conterpart to be able to "catch" the ship as it arrives. Precise points must still be determined and coordinates set. The federation can put good use this technology to make space travel safer and quicker. I still need to learn more of it. This is from my experience on the Voyager. I hope we can retreive the information from our new found allies soon.

Aye Captain, I beleive they have. As you were saying, sir, this should be very interesting. To explore an area of space no human has never been. It's the reason myself and probably most of the crew joined starfleet. When do you expect we should return to Avalon?
