USS Skytoucher - Mission 4 : The Loxian Peace Treaty

I believe that it was something you ate or drank that caused this

[Will Robinson]

Will fired on the suggested points, but wasn't quick enough. A barrage of phaster and torpedo blasts headed towards the Skytoucher. Mason evaded most of the torpedos, but not all.

The bridge shook.

"Primary weapon power offline, switching to auxilary."

[Will Robinson]

Will and Zentox walked back onto the wrecked Skytoucher bridge.

"Cmdr, Mr Zentox has sent the distress message to his people."

[Loxians]

"Thank you, commander. You have been more than kind to me and my people, and for that we owe you."

Then he turns to Robinson.

"My people will return to one of our ships.
As for me, I have requested to travel to your headquarters station, to discuss a possible treaty between your people, and mine.
Could I speak to the commanding officer of one of our ships? I would like to informe them of the situation at hand."

Burma: double check the signature and try to hail them,  Mr. Robinson don't fire unless fired upon.

I think we need to avoid any unknown objects.

This gate might be peaceful or something like that but we cannot jeopardize this ship.

We must continue on to the station.

increase to warp 9. engage!

Mason: Aye sir warp 9

*the ship slowly turned to it desired heading and began jumping to warp*

Burma: Is there any threat that whatever is on the other side of the gate is dangerous to us?
run a full spectoral analysis on the phenomenon

Loxian is taken by surprise at the warning shot, and Zentox uses the moment of confusion to push Kowan away.

"Can someone restore the gravity systems of the ship?" Zentox calls out. "I just had the situation under control!"

[Rasmain]

"Weapons are ready sir, awaiting your command"

[Seldana Zax]

   Not getting a response to her comm, Sel grabs a medkit and takes the nearest lift to the Bridge.  She enters the Bridge some minutes later.  

   Looking at the CO, XO, and her crewmates Sel says: "My symb is acting kind of funny.  Is there some kind of emergency that requires my attention?"

   Sel tapped her badge off.  She stood at full attention, waiting for a reply, if any.

As Skon feels himself rising off the floor, he sees Kowan inching toward Zentox. Skon raises the Loxian weapon he captured and fires a warning shot past Kowan's head

That move would be inadvisable, Commander Kowan. I do not yet understand the settings on this weapon -- so I don't know if your men came on board prepared to stun or kill. Certainly, I would not want to kill you inadvertantly, should a struggle break out. Therefore, I suggest you tell your troops to continue to stand down...
