"Miss Lilque is not on the bridge sir. She went to sickbay because she didn't feel that good"

*Walks over to the science pannel*

"Well sir, I've got it here. We are in a kind of bubble and there seems no way out of it. There are also no signs of any ships or objects in our vicinity, howfar that may be."

*Continues his scans*

"Sir, I've found something. There seems to be an asteroide in this bubble with us...or something like an asteroide"

[Hedford]

"Well we've encountered strange things here...I dunno what to believe anymore"

*Suddenly the environment they were in began to dissapear. They were still trapped but they began to see the homeworld of the NSC and it's strange moon...it was almost as if they were kept in an illusion*

"What is happening there...we need to run more scans. The Skytoucher is probably getting us out of here...we have to help them in any way we can!"

[Hedford]

"allright Ensign, I want a check on weapons and other primary systems. If there is a hostile threat we need to have our weapons ready in case of engagement."

*walks over to the Engineering console*

"Engineering primary systems are online and working at 89%"

*Keeps working on the engineeringconsole*

[Hedford]

"Not good! Half our systems are offline and those drones are spreading like the Borg does!"

Sweat appears on his face when he thinks of a possibility.

"If they manage to get a hold on the whole ship... their power will increase...  They will have access to all the knowledge on our databanks, and perhaps even fool other Starfleet starships that are not aware this one is captured. We must not let them have this ship!"

He runs to a control panel.
"All senior officers report here! And on my mark, release the forcefields so the Metatraxi can spread at will on this ship... the more the better!"
Then he pushes some buttons.
"Computer, activate Self Destruct Sequence, delay 5 minutes. Authorisation code Hedford Alpha 548 Delta."

Computer: Authorisation accepted.  Require authorisation of one other bridge senior officer.

Hedford looks at his crew.
"Come on... it's the only way to destroy that thing!"

[Hedford]

*over the intercom to the other escape pods*

"Hey, the computer detects here that the enemy entity has absorbed all energy that came free from the explosion... and has now left this area... It seems it's going to leave us alone.
But also... I see on long range scanners something of an explosion too... very faint though, its far away from here, but it must be huge to still show up this far on the simple long range scanners of an escape pod...
Well, lets hope someone comes to rescue us here soon!"

We have initiated a high-level scan of the system and obtained some -- interesting -- readings. The planet ahead seems to be an ordinary Class M with no signs of advanced technology. There are, however, faint ion trails in local space, which would indicate that one or more ships have visited this planet within the past solar year. Counselor Stiegler has also sensed residual impressions of life, or life-like, intelligence somewhere in the planet's vicinity. Since the Federation has never explored this system, it is logical to assume that someone got here before us and found this planet interesting. I am transmitting data from my scans to your CSO for analysis.

"Miss Lilque can you link to the Skytouchers probe? That way we can probably send a message or at least make a data transfer."
