U.S.S. Evolution Mission 13: The Battle of Avalon

[Legudon]

*Legudon closes his eyes and begins pushing buttons on the panel. At first, nothing seems to happen, while the ship shudders under impact once more. Then, Legudon begins to hum slowly, and several lights on the control panel begin to flash erratically. Seconds later, a beam like that of the ship's phaser and yet different, appears on the viewscreen, being shot from the Evolution toward the Heraan ship. It keeps a constant beam on the Heraan ship for a few long seconds, and then suddenly... it explodes violently. Debris flies in all directions, and once it is clear that no part of the ship is intact, the ships behind it appear to cease fire, and seconds later turn around to flee as fast as they can. Many more seconds go by, until Legudon opens his eyes and removes his hands from the control panel. He nods at Omicros.*
"Thank you, Mr. Omicros. You have done well, though you may require a recovery rest now."
*Then he turns to Vorak and Sanchez.*
"The danger is avoided for now, and will not return immediately. The other ships have joined their body of Heraan and Na'jigat flight, to a location yet unknown to us. However, I still suggest not to waste time in returning to Avalon Station, where you will find your comrades awaiting you."

[Morga Harf]

Computer are there any crew members in section fpur of Engineering. if so make transport them out of there to sickbay.

[Spock]

IC**Working on the Evolutions helmcontrol a lil bit just when the captian came in and spoke*

"Im with you sir, if I can ever get helm operational *then from where Spock was working there was a resounding bang and helm turned on again, I slide out and get up*, im with you sir."

[Airis]

*Airis is in her office, and thinks it is about time she talks with the captain, ever since they returned from Vontak Nor she senses a slight of stress under the crew. This stress has grown stronger after their last mission. After talking with several of the crewmembers, she found out it was due to all the ignorance of all what happend and still happens, the crew became very nervous*

OFF: Just curious, but who of the medical staff went with Zayan to Vontak Nor? I thought someone of this crew went with her and stole one of our shuttles, she continued the storyline at Vontak Nor and told that one Federation Officer was also present.

[Bryan Hannah]

Hannah bursts through the doors to Sickbay, still zipping up his uniform jacket.

"Sorry, I was a little... preoccupied," Hannah admits in a chipper tone. "So, how are you today, lieutenant?"

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanchez looks up in surprise.*
"Yes... admiral. Please take a seat, sir... that is, if you want to remain on the bridge, sir... We can arrange ambassadorial classes for you, sir... If I had known you would attend us, I would have made arrangements already..."
*He sees the expression on Vorak's face.*
"Right... Helm, set course for Delta Alliance space, maximum warp! Engage!"

[Kelli Lauren]

(OFF: I think it was Airis.)

"Now it's possible we're royally screwed."

[Bryan Hannah]

Hannah heard the biomonitors in the morgue go off. He rushed in to see Lieutenant Nonir's biosigns spiking. Hannah had left Nonir in the morgue, with the lieutenant's space set to continually monitor his life signs. For several months there had been nothing. Hannah checked the stats to see that Nonir was going into cardiac arrest. He immediately pulled the lieutenant out and moved him to the main infirmary. He attached a micropulse stimulator to the patient's chest and activated the pulse.

Bryan looked to the monitor to see if there was a change.

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanchez nods.*
"I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the advice. Let's hope that with all the chaos of the war, there will still be some time left every now and then for me and the crew to spend in the messhall."

A response came from the station. Lurado appeared on a scarred ops deck, with only one other person with him.
"The docking bay will be prepared".

[Vorak]

*Vorak follows Spock through engineering.*
"Mr. Spock, it is of uppermost importance that we talk. I understand you are extremely busy, but this is an order."
*He puts a hand on Spock's shoulder to make him stop from moving on. Then, Vorak looks around to see if anyone can overhear them.*
"What I am about to say remains between us. I have two orders for you. The first is rather... delicate. As the Evolution's chief engineer, I assume you are most familiar with the A.I. Durandal. By the time we reach Avalon Station, the A.I. must be detached from the ship's systems, and stored seperately, later to be implemented in the U.S.S. E... another ship. Secondly, you need to focus on those particular repairs of the ship only, that will enable the Evolution to return to Avalon Station as soon as possible. All other systems can wait. And as I said, these orders are to remain between you and me, not anyone else... and that includes captain Sanchez."

[keilah]

*Meanwhile in sickbay. All medical personel was running with medical supplies and making sure that every biobed was ready for wounded officers. After the ship had shuddered heavily, the red alert claxons blazed. Then after a few minutes, the first patients came in*

"I assume this is the beginning of a dramatic scenario, am I glad that we filled our stock of medical supplies at Avalon before we left. Now let's attend to the wounded, shall we"

*Keilah nodded to several nurses that were standing besides him*

[Morga Harf]

Lock All weapons and get ready to start our attack. aiming at engines and weapons

Helm start and attack run from delta vector.

[Spock]

"I see, Admiral.  Very well."  *then Spocks motions several engineers to begin fixing the warpcore*

"I can give you partial warp power within 2 hours.  Thats the best we can do.  Will that suffice ?"

"As for the AI, I think I can seperate him from the ship without effecting any of the other systems, or him knowing about it."
