Mission 9: The Evolution's Flight

[Will Matthews]

Matthews listened to the bridge's orders, and looked to the two commanding officers.
"Well Captains...these are by far the most unusual orders I've seen. Shall we head to the brig?".

[Zayan]

OFF: Me and Sanchez will be busy in the comming weeks and unable to post.  Remember Zayan is not to be moved from the planet until after Sanchez sees her.

[Baphomet]

Baphomet arrived at Shuttle bay one to see the Scorpion powering up it's systems.

She headed for the Kelata and activated the Biometric locking system, the shuttle opened its airlock and in a moment Baphomet was sitting at the helm and had the ship powered up before the airlock could fully cycle.

[Mark Travis]

Meanwhile Travis in sickbay go's to O'Neil.

"Sir i am ready if you need me."

[Will Matthews]

"Is relief needed down there? I know there can't be much with a battle over. But I and my security teams are well fresh up here".

[Ferando ONeil]

Coming back into sickbay I call the Captain to let him know everything was in readiness.

"I see. Open a channel to the Evolution."

After the channel is opened, Taurik stands to speak. "This is Captain Taurik of the U.S.S. Rivendell. Captain Sanchez, you are in violation of countless Starfleet regulations and laws, the Prime Directive among them, and you stand to be accused of treason if you do not cease your efforts immediately. I demand that you explain your actions."

[Morgan Freeman]

"Lt Matthews, how goes the transport of the survivors.?"

The Kelata neared the Rivendell and came to a complete stop near the Shuttle bay doors.

"Commander Freeman, this is Lt. Commander Baphomet requesting permission to dock."

[Morgan Freeman]

"Lt, prepare a relief team for the planet."  

"Mr. Dyien, how can we help you?"

[Baphomet]

"Acknowledged Commander."

Baphomet looked at the science station and adjusted the sensors to scan everything and everything, unfortunately due to the asteroids of the Loxius system some of the sensors beams were being reflected back to the Rivendell.

Considering this problem, Baphomet decided that the most logical thing to do would be for the Dyien's ship could fly around the system, sending the sensor readings from the Avenger back to the USS Rivendell.

"Dyien it would be appreciated if you could take the Avenger out and around the Loxius system to boost the Rivendell's sensor output, it seems that the asteroids contain an element or elements that are reflect some of the sensor beams back to the Rivendell."

She guessed this element is a rare but stable version of Unundentium, which Baphomet believed the Evolution attracted as it passed through the asteroid field, which would explain how the primary Loxian sun began its thermodynamic cycle again."

[Taurik]

Taurik is surprised by Freeman's question. "Go ahead, Commander."

[Morgan Freeman]

"Lt. Matthews, transport the evolutions crew onboard."

[Durandal]

"Welcome to Starbase Avalon. You are cleared to dock at Inner Pylon Three."
