*Svensson, Brooks and Chekov follow John Bostic into the pub and sit down. Svensson's eyes scan the area, checking every face in there. For a moment he glances at Voya, but then immediately turns back to face Bostic.*

*Svensson sips from his drink as well, and glances over at Brooks and Chekov for a moment, then faces John Bostic.*
"Interesting. Mr. Bostic, how indeed do you defend this base if some agressive aliens decide to attack it?"

*Bostic looks at them with an angry face which quickly vanishes*

"like I said before Svensson, The station is as defended as any other station and I think you'll fing the Admirels answer will be the same as mine now why dont you drop it before you land yourself in my office."

OFF: Ah yes.... But since we are a planetary base rather than a Starbase, the Chief of Operations officer is in charge of maintaining the computer systems.  At least that is how I have thought of it...  But what i was referring to was filler positions such as Assistants to the Heads of the Departments etc.  Like I did with the Science Department on the station... When they are all back and posting there are two for the Science area and if the one ever returns there will be 3 hehe.  Anyway I need to get an Assistant into the Med Ward since the CMO is away at the moment(person who plays the character is in the navy I believe and is stationed.... OFF: give us a little more time, please, Bostic. Voya: you need to add that though the base is in fine order, it is vulnerable so deep in space without even one ship to defend it. The USS Sphinx is a medical ship, and decommissioned for now too, and the USS Lancelot is a freighter as vulnerable itself. This station NEEDS another ship that can defend it. But you're supposed to tell us that, Voya :P Anyway, back to the show.

Mr. Svensson I am afraid that I can not let you leave this pub, I heard about your arrival before coming down to the pub and so i decided to do some checking as any good Admiral does.  And I can not seem to find any record of your ship or any of its crew or even you Sir in the database.  Now I am not sure if this is an error which i highly doubt or what this is all about but I need answers.
