OFF: Just to let you all know, the first Expansion Yearbook is now available on the Expansion online store. It includes a bunch of articles and biographies, and alot of "mission logs" too of missions of the past year. OFF: This scene happens on the beach. As there is no ocean thread anymore I'll post it here so the storyline doesn't get split in too many threads...

*as Chekov and Voya arrive at the beach he sits on a rock and looks at the ocean. he then takes a small device from his pocket, shaped like a small metal disk and puts it atop the rock, between him and Voya. the disk beeps and a red light starts blinking.*

There. No bugs will work within 100 meters now. We are safe to talk.

*he sighs*

This isn't going as we planned, is it? The officers here are far more suspicious than one would expect. What do you think we could do to make our visit here shorter?

*He is instantly at the nearest computer panel, and begins to tap into it. Moments later, a text file appears on the screen.*
"Ahh.. Sullivan's private and secured files. Computer, play file, authorization Svensson."
Computer playing the recorded log, Sullivan's younger voice resounds: "Lieutenant Jeremy Sullivan's log, date April 24, 2348. My new assignment to the U.S.S. Yosemite seems to go well so far. Captain T'Hain is - though for a Vulcan - a reasonable man. But in fact, my mind is on this one woman, a lieutenant from engineering. So that would explain why I'm spending as much time as I manage, in engineering. So far captain T'Hain hasn't noticed yet that I'm not always on the station I should be. Oh, and thanks to the computer I found out already that she is Lt. Katie Marou! Oh my if only I could get her on a date! I should go to engineering today when her shift ends, and ask her on a date in the holodeck, I got some romantic dinner program saved in the databank. Well last time I offered her a drink in the messhall she gave me this weird look, but giving up is for the losers! One day I'll conquer her heart! Computer, end log."
*Svensson turns to the admiral.*
"The same lieutenant Marou that has been Admiral Katie Marou, executive officer of Starphoenix Base until last year that she retired, no?"

Is still thinking about the words that had just come out the mouth of Admiral Sullivan.

"Admiral, I am most gratefull to receive this promotion and I will not let you nor my crew down!"

Then Sutter notices a commander that has joined the group.

"Welcome Mr Myers, I've been informed about you being appointed to become my XO. I am glad that my crew is forming itsself again."

Sutter stands up and greets the admiral and Commander

"Captain Svensson, commanding officer of the U.S.S. Phoenix currently in orbit around the station. This is my first officer Mr. Chekov, and my security officer Mr. Brooks. A very fine base you have here, admiral, though I was only expressing my sincere concern about its safeties in deep space as it is."
