Well good news Locturnus, we have found some information on your Andorian Heritage in our Database.  It seems you were at one time an Andorian Prince.  Unfortunately your family has passed away, But I have taken the opportunity to send a message to the Andorian homeworld and they are very glad to know that you have been recovered from the Borg and have requested that you remain on starphoenix as an Andorian Ambassador to the Delta Quadrant.  What do you say about that?
