Mission 2 (subplot): FIS Talon

***As we move out of disputed space as far away from the romulans as possible, I order the transmission to ADMIRAL Vorak on Avalon Base.

"ENS Anderson get me a coded channel to Avalon Base"

-A- Avalon Base this is ENS Movack of the FIS Blackfire reporting in onboard the Romulan Ship FIS Talon -A-

"Admiral Vorak, I am reporting to you as ordered by Captain Salen.  We have captured a Romulan Supply Ship in the disputed territory and we are bringing it to Avalon base as evidence of Romulan Treachery.  We will remain cloaked until we get with safe distance of the base.  I request docking permission upon arrival.-ENS Movack Security Officer of the FIS Blackfire / Acting Captain of the FIS Talon. -A- End Transmission-A-

***Upon recieving orders from Captain Salen, I issue orders to my away team to become the bridge crew.

"We have taken over the Romulan ship and now we will adopt the ships name as the FIS Talon"

"Aye, Aye Sir, we have adopted the ship's name as the FIS Talon. Chief Engineer has most of the ships systems reconfigured and we'll be ready to head for the Avalon Base."

***Once the Chief Engineer arrives on the bridge:

"Okay, here are your assignments for bridge crew.  Man your stations and give me a full report on your systems:

"We have been ordered to maintain communication silence once we leave the protection of the Blackfire."

"Lt Dallas, I want you to tour the ship and ensure that the ship's security has been secured.   I want to maintain a Security Alert until we know for sure the ship is safe and secure. I want a report once the ship's security is stable."  

"Cmdr. Cymeinfoll, you have done a supurb job at securing engineering and getting the cloaking device back online.  I hope I didn't damage too much of engineering stations when I came onboard and disabled the systems. Let me know how the diagnostics are going on the ships systems."

"Ensign Denari go ahead and attend to sickbay. I hope we will not need to utilize sickbay, but get it ready for anything.

"Ens Guiss and Cadet Cole, we have been orderd to take this ship back to Avalon Base, report to your station and set a course and wait for my order to engage the engines."

"Ens Anderson, please work with the XO from your station to maintain the ships security.  Please monitor communications and notify me of anything unsual you get while monitoring communication channels."

"Okay, welcome onboard the FIS Talon, report to your stations and proceed with your orders."

**Upon recieving reports and diagnostics from all stations.

"Ens Anderson, Hail the Blackfire and put the captain on the main viewer."

"Captain Salen, all stations have reported in and we are on our way to Avalon Base.  See you in about a week."

"Helm, Set course for Avalon Base.  Engage."

*I was sitting at the helm setting the coordinates for avalon*

*The order was given and I engaged the engines*

*Sven then opened a status report on the helm station*

Sir, Helm status is fully operational.

These Romulans know how to take care of their ships.

My dianositics are complete now, Sir. Though there were a few things that I am not too sure what their function for this ship is. I have found something containing and giving off a massive amount of energy though, this energy is not going to any of the ships systems. If you asked me, I think it is a type of weapon. However I am unable to see what it would be used for. Captain could you come to engineering and take a look yourself? You could possible have more incite on the technology the I do.

While waiting for the Captain to respond, she puts a containment field around the device and continues to search the for other devices that are questionable to their role on this ship.

***After recieving reports that all hands on this skeleton crew were ready to make way to Avalon Base I began to give my orders to the Helm.

"Mr Guiss,  set coordinates for Avalon Base, Warp 6 Engage on my Mark."

"Lt CMDR Cymeinfoll, thank you for your report, please in form me once the diagnostic has been complete.  Alert me if you see anything that is questioinable about this ships engineering section."

"Ens Guiss, thank you for your report, slow to impulse after we have left the disputed territory.

"I want to have plenty of room to let Avalon we are here and we are onboard a Romulan Ship."

"Ens Anderson, keep a vigal on our scanners, notify me if you pick up any vessels in the area or any communications from romulan space or Avalon Base.  Even though it was expected for this jump to possibly jump to warp, we might have some of our friends looking for us."

"Lt Dallas, any Security updates?   I want to make sure this ship is secure before leaving disputed space."

In engineering, Cymeinfoll finishes the search of unknown technology within engineering. For the most part the functions and roles of most the technology has been determined and are being put to use if needed. However, two items are awaiting the acting Captian's dianostics and approve before being used. Cymeinfoll thinks that the object that is contains what appears to be energy can be used to power the ship systems and has developed the means to do just that.

"Sir I think I might have a way to increase the power supple and effiency of the ship, though I would like you to take a look at the technology first and allow me to run my ideas by you. Then proceed with your promission. Sir"

Engineering to Bridge

"The Dianostics of the systems is almost complete. At this moment there are only a few things that require repairs. Most of which was due to phasers when we were taking over the ship. Thankfully all of the main consuel were messed during the mission; so the repairs should not be too much trouble and I have already sent my team on the way to repair these small damages. Besides from that, the ship is in working order."

"Aye sir"

*The ship moves along at a good speed for several minutes until it reached the unknown border of the disputed territory, Sven then intiates the engine commands and the ship slows to
impulse*

*Sven turns around to look at Movack*

"Sir, we are moving to impulse"
