Message from Commander Salen of the Blackfire.  This is Ensign Sven Guiss. This is a notification that the Blackfire has encountered a signal of unknown origin. We believe it to be Romulan Coalition. Cmdr. Salen has asked that you relay this message to the Dragon on our recent investigations.

Hopefully they get this message sir. *grimaces*

[Alexico]

"Yes Sir", Alexico replies to commander Salen.
Then he salutes and greets the ambassador. While walking towards the elevator he switches on his communicator.
"Attention divisions four and eight! Standby for securitycountermeasure alpha-zero. Defense-code blue. Alexico out."

Drex left the Blackfire.

*the ship moved away from the station and started it's trek towards the Romulan Khazara station*

Major, our ETA could approx. be 51 hours. at warp 4

sending a signal to the Dragon to move out.

[Drex]

"Fine, but just let me know alright. I'll be in my office for awhile; you have the bridge Major."

Drex left the bridge.

[Nish Laverz]

"Ok sir I may still be able to pinpoint them"
she starts typing something in the console
"found them sir and we should also be able to beam through their shields now"
"Lt. commander Laverz to the Transporter room you should be able to beam the transponder beacons down to the station now I have got there location for you"

[Jorgen Salen]

Commander Salen briefly speaks with the away team in the transporter room after dismissing the technician.  He then beams the Dragon crewmembers back to the Dragon and takes the Romulans to guest rooms.

I'm ready for that meeting now.  Have the senior officers join me in my quarters at this time.  Give the bridge to Ensign Gorr from Engineering and then join us in my quarters.

"What about you, Nish?  Your record shows you have been instrumental in many fine missions.  Perhaps you have some idea you would like to promote?"

[Movack]

"Aye, Aye, sir, team is ready to begin  our mission.   Do we have the appropriate transporter coordinates?'

[Sven Guiss]

*Sven looked up to see what Trell was going to say. and he spoke out quickly*

Commander, the trace found that the signal originated 10LY from our location. Possibility it could be a base or something rather large.

SO_Sara May: Confirmed sir, the signal is clearing up

[Cymidei Cymeinfoll]

On her communicator.. "Sir, I have assembled an engineering team and we are waiting for the command to proceed. This team is made up of me and three other. Sir."
The team and her make their way to the transportors to wait for the order to proceed.

"Acknowledged.  Please remember to get to Avalon Base asap.  War could start if your intelligence is not received promptly."  Godspeed."

The Talon banks to port and cloaks.  Salen seems to hear a collective sigh of relief pass across the Bridge and realizes he had also been holding his breath subconsciously.

"Helm: take us on an intercept course to the origin of the previously reported Romulan communication.  Warp 4.  Proceed."

The Blackfire silently warps deeper into disputed space.

[Hogue Raynor]

"Sir, if this is indeed a Romulan probe, we may want to bring it aboard. I can map out the distortion field with enough accuracy for a transporter lock.  However, miraculously procuring a damaged Romulan probe with an intact cloaking device and no Romulan opposition is quite a peculiar senario. Romulans keep watch over their possessions.
Another theory that I have  is that this probe may be one of many forming a networked cloaking field around the planetoid. The probe is sending it's information somewhere, and if we attempt to access the probe's computer, we can gain access to the network, but our intrusion may also risk informing the Romulans. If this is the case, we may want to take a low orbit and look for further evidence of a facility on the planetoid."

Drex looked irritated when he returned to the Blackfire's Bridge.

"Is the ship mission ready!?"

[Drex]

"Thank you Major."

"Ok, let's get moving Sven, but make sure those Intel goofs don't get to far behind."
