*Turns to the Captian* Sir, I think we could take that breen Cruser i have modifed the Em palse so it would shut down all the breen ship systems for 4 hours giveing us time to take her the one thing about the modifed Em Palse  our cloak will be off-line for 25 seconds  and we could block all subspace communacations for the area. Also i could turn cargo bay 1 into a holding cell for the Breen.
