I am reading a total of 3 objects. 2 seen to be similar to the Romulan ship we encountered, but the other... wait... I'm running it through the entire database (not just vessel configuration)... wait... It's Etherian! That's where the distress call is coming from! The Romulans are holding it in a tractor beam.

Red Alert! All hands... battlestations!

I'm not suggesting we ignore it, I'm suggesting we try to avoid all out battle. I have an idea:

We disable the tractor beam with a feedback pulse. The shields around the emitter will be disrupted, long enough to transport the Hazard Team onboard to stop the "Coalition" ships.

It definitely doesnt pose a threat, in fact, it's healing the commander at an astonishing rate!

5 seconds later...

Commander Freeman is completely healed and the Etherian is apparantly leaving a message in the computer. I'll read it:

"Humans, you have aided us again and you have our eternal gratitude. We have healed your Freeman as a token of our appreciation. The group known as Starfleet will remain a friend of the Etherians for a long, long time..."

Cmdr. Freeman is on his way to the bridge.

He was offered the XO position of both ships, and he gets to choose. I recommend he be your XO, the Sequoia shouldnt take all of your crew. If he takes Tiberon XO, Ms. Rellak will be offered Sequoia XO.

Direct orders from Admiral Karelia:

We have received an unidentified distress call from a ship in the Quantum net. This is an uncharted and very dangerous area of space, and singularities have been known to appear with no prior warning. But it is a Priority One distress call and we are obligated to offer assistance.

I would ask that all station heads report to your stations first thing in the morning. All crew prepare to disembark from Omega Station.
And we have a member from the station joining us on our mission, an Ambassador Arlweyn. I'll see you first thing in the morning.
