[Koloblicin]

*Koloblicin takes the salt and eats it. The glass of Razanis is awaiting him on the table. He picks it up and hesitantly drinks it.*

"Wow, this is some strong stuff... whoa..."

*Kolo feels very woozy, but manages to continue. He places the salt in Karelia's hand*

"The salt, for the bitterness of life."

*He then pours Karelia a glass, almost dropping the goblet. After the salt and goblet are in Karelia's hands Kolo starts singing the rest of the Klingon opera.*

[Tankalan]

Well you know he has a lot to be excited about that is for sure!

[Ragolis]

Ragolis makes a gesture as he would like to say something.

"And Admiral, don't forget that our Alliance has the best and may I remark that word. We have the best doctors in this whole Quadrant. There was this one time, that I had to cure a whole population. They had been infected with a deadly virus, and ofcourse I was in danger too. It had affected their DNA and ...."

Ragolis stands up and swiftly moves over to Admiral Vorak. Ragolis reaches for his tricorder and grabs the head of the Admiral. He moves the head of the admiral in several positions and is surprised by his conclusions every time

"You know admiral, if I had know that your species are this fragile, I would have brought a new creme I have come up with. It strengthens the bodies skin and ....."

Suddenly Ragolis realizes he has all the attention of the people that are gathered around the table. He notices Admiral Vorak's head standing in a vertical position, he swiftly moves it in the right direction again and steps backwards.

[Randall Sanchez]

"You're still in time, commander. I'm sure our new alien friends will arrive soon. By the way, where's Daniel Reeves? He was with you on the away team, was he not?"

[Daniel Reeves]

really, what type of technology is this?

it sounds fascinating to hear that you don't use warp.

[Comm One]

*This time, Comm One on his turn takes a bit of salt from the box, and puts it in the hand of Tankalan, the bird-like Talonion representative at his left.*
"The salt, for the bitterness of life."
*Then Tankalan eats the salt, whereafter Comm One fills the glass of Tankalan with the Razanis*
"The Razanis, to rejoice the soul."
*Then he gives the glass to Tankalan, so he can drink it.*
"I am the past and the future. And the future commands. Be my friend for the present."

[Vorak]

"Usually, Starfleet is not very fond of sharing technology, because we can never be sure to what purposes it may be used. However, I do believe this is a unique situation, and requires a unique approach. I am very grateful that you also wish to share your technology with us. And I expect a full report from the U.S.S. Evolution, once the ship has personally visited this Null Space Catapult."
*He glances over at Sanchez for a moment, and then back.*
"As for our treaty... This first contact is yet very young, and thus it is hard to determine what the treaty should include. For the moment, I propose a peace treaty, in where we attempt to keep regular contact, give each other access to our space domain, and exchange information, such as medical information..."
*Glances at Ragolis and then back.*
"And schematics for technology, such as our food replicator, and also scientific information and stellar cartography. Our treaty may need the inclusion of more pacts. However, it is time that will determine that. In the meantime, I would like to suggest the following: the U.S.S. Evolution accompanies you to the Temples of Sordinan, as agreed, which will be the start of the ship's new mission... The U.S.S. Evolution is to be stationed with Delta Alliance space permanently, with as main mission to explore this new space and new species of the Delta Alliance, and create stronger bonds between your Alliance, and our Federation. The U.S.S. Evolution will have the task of exploration, and arbition. Is this proposal satisfactory for you?"
*Vorak calmly looks at the members of the Delta Alliance in front of him.*

[Ardwyad]

*Ardwyad, slightly annoyed, grabs Ragolis by the arm, and pulls him back into his chair so heavily that the Naederian medic almost falls over.*
"I told you to sit! I'm no medic, but I know well enough that they are perfectly capable of understanding what we say... but give me the time to explain them first, will you?"

[Ardwyad]

*Ardwyad, as many others, puts his hands against his ears.*
"What is he doing? What is that awful sound he is making???"

[Daniel Reeves]

*after taking his drink he immediately felt intoxicated and tried to complete his part quickly before the effects of the Razanis took it's toll*

*He takes a bit of salt from the box, and puts it in the hand of Dalon, who sat next to him.

"The salt, for the bitterness of life."

*Then he waits, while Dalon eats the salt. Next, he fills
the glass of Dalon with the Razanis*

"The Razanis, to rejoice the soul."

*Then he gives the glass to Dalon, so he can drink it.*

"I am the past and the future. And the future commands. Be my friend for the present."

*Dalon accepts the glass and takes his drink*

*and once he finished the lines he almost past out drunk on the desk but managed to keep a mild composure while still getting very dizzy and did not want to say anything*

*lifts his hand and speaks in a very mild tone*

Risking a break on the protocol, since I am the lower ranking officer in this table, I would like to ask you, Admiral Vorak, and you, Chief of Command Ardwyad of the ASC Revox, for permission to attend this religious cerimony along with Captain Randall Sanchez of the USS Evolution.

Thugh it was his decision to enter the abode of your gods, Chief Ardwyad, it was I who piloted the ship in. Thus, from what I managed to gather from your religious system, I would be held responsible too, since I should have refused to obey the order if I had known of the prohibition beforehand.

The Vulcan belief *looks at Admiral Vorak* of IDIC, which means Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations and is one of the core ideals of our Federation's Constitution, says that all beliefs should be respected equally and treasured, for diversity expresses the Universe's beauty and it is not logical to go aginst it.

"Quite... interesting, Mr. Tankalan. Welcome, and you too Senator Kiatya. You are welcome to join our negotiations. We were just discussing the fact that we are open to form a closer bond between our Federation, and your Delta Alliance. Though your species, and ours, may have several fundamental differences, it appears to me that you, like ourselves, strive for peace in the galaxy. We of Starfleet strongly respect the traditions and rules of other species, and hope that we may expect the same of you."

[Comm One]

*Looks at Sanchez without any emotion on his face.*
"Do you happen to have oil instead of Razanis?"
*Sanchez wanted to turn around to ask someone for oil, but he grabbed Sanchez by the arm to stop him.*
"Captain, refrain. I was simply attempting to perform organic humor."
*He accepts an empty glass from Sanchez.*

[Daniel Reeves]

*all of a sudden Reeves puts his head up and yells*

AHhhh!!  

*he had been trying to sleep off his headache but obviously was unsuccessful*

I can't believe how much my head hurts!!  

*and with the quickness that he arose*
*he fell back into his chair and passed out again*
