[Montrell]

*Montrell was sitting behind his desk and looked up from his work*

"Yes Will, I called for you."

*Montrell stood up and streched his uniform*

"I heared and read that you intend to leave this station and us?"

[Hermes]

"The repairs of the U.S.S. Skytoucher are complete for 87% and all crucial systems are already operational within established parameters. All systems should be fully functional within 7 hours. The station currently holds 215.854 civilians, of which 42% has already been relocated to safer areas. Estimated time to move the remaining civilians to safer areas, is unknown, but I believe it may take several more hours."

[Draekon]

Rather rude if you ask me, I thought Hermes was supposed to have answered all requests and alert the admirals?

I believe thats what the reports say *looks at the padd*

"So you are actually investigating the whole Station on it's capabilities and communication. Didn't we produce the right results? Or is Flag Admiral Vorak the main reason for your investigation?"

*Montrell empties his cup of tea and then stands up.*

"Well Mr President and Casden, I will ofcourse give you  my utmost cooperation in this matter but I will not discredit Admiral Vorak. In my eye's he hasn't conduct any misbehaviour!"

[Montrell]

"You imply that other projects don't suffer these losses? We are here to discover new life and new civilazations and we are given resources to complete these objectives. But these objectives can't be completed by a 100% succes and without casualties. There are always set backs, and from these we learn! We have learned about the Naji'gat, a supreme lifeform, but we didn't by just listening to a story. We were confronted by their powers and this lead to the destruction of the Rivendell. But from this encounter, we were able to prevent the destruction of Station Avalon. So we may have lost a ship but this loss saved our station which I think is more valuable to us and to your council back in the Alpha Quadrant."

He leaned forward and took the water.
"It might be, I do suggest some sort of action be taken. Be it demotion or court marshal. The chief caused his share of problems during a very critical situation...Dantor, it is indeed ready for rebuilding. We were ordered from the system, but the marines remained to see to any of the spiders that remained, and I feel if any small pockets of them are found they can quickly be defeated by the acid my science officer produced".

[Will Karelia]

Will walked into the office and addressed the senior Fleet Admiral at the desk.

"Hello, Admiral, it's been a while. I've filled out the official report on the loss of DS12. The fatality count came down to 52,471 people."

He sets the PADD on the desk, and takes a seat.

"I've just spoken with Flag Admiral Nakamura. He says I'm to be reassigned to the Alpha Quadrant, as overseer of the restoration efforts on Raxus III after the devastating solar flares there."

Admiral Ransom walk to Admiral Montrells officer and rings the chime and waits

Will walks into the office after recieving a personal call from Admiral Montrell.

"Diego? You called for me? I was getting ready to head out to Deep Space Five, what's up?"

[Hermes]

"Admiral Higgins, may I remind you that the Na'jigat are unable to be harmed by any of our weapons, this has been confirmed by the Gallifreyans and by observations of the Na'jigat itself. No energy or particle weapon can harm them, only pure psionic energy can drive them away, and sadly, such a defense is far beyond our means."

*laughs*  This oughta be interesting

Why have you lost ships? specifically the rivendell.  You caputred a ship and allowed it to be destroyed.  Then seeked Starfleet approval to build a new ship? Is this ship to also suffer the same fate? I see it's already lost a section of it's MVA which had to be rebuilt.

Not to mention numerous damage reports from the other ships.  I see you nearly lost the skytoucher to a hijack?.

*Montrell nods to the major as he leaves his office. He then sees, he received a message. He turns his desktopmonitor and reads the message carefully*

"It seems that peace and balance have been restored" *Montrell mumbles*

FROM: Fleet Admiral Montrell
Subject: Relations

Mr Pax,
I am glad to hear that the civil war within the Delta Alliance has been settled. Now, it is in the best interest for all our people that the relationship between the Federation and the Delta Alliance flourishes again. I will therefor sent the USS Skytoucher on their way, and they will bring your officer, who has done a remarkable job here, with them.

*Montrell smiles as Admiral Karelia enters his office, but that quickly turns into a straight face. More then 50,000 casualties, he had witnessed defeat but this was one he wouldn't soon forget.
Montrell takes the PADD and reads it*

"Well Admiral, I've read so many reports on the Na'jigat that I almost get used to it, while I shouldn't!
All these loses, is that why you are reassigned? Why didn't the Flag Admiral assign you to Avalon or perhaps Dantor...."
