Thats great news mr Archer. *wonders what happened to the ensign and mr Lurado* Mr Ransom any help your engineers can spare would be of great help.
My personal XO Janeway would of been able to help but she is still on Dantor with a tactical squad helping clean up from a romulan attack.

*After Archer had received Julian's transmission, he requested docking clearance and docked the U.S.S. Lhasa in Docking Bay 2. After that, he went directly to Ops. He saw that he was the first one to join Julian in Ops. He was looking around carefully to see if he could see a glimpse of what Julian wanted to show them all.*

"Well, congratulations Admiral, with this successful moving."

*He shook Julian's hand*

"Finally, after so much preparation and a long and quite troublesome journey, we have arrived. I'm surprised to see that I am the first one here. Can't you give me a small hint about what you want to show us all?"

[Vorak]

*Vorak enters ops with several pads in his hands. To all the senior officers, he hands one out.*
"After long deliberation, I have decided that the current location of Avalon Station is no longer a safe one, considering the recent attacks by the Na'jigat and other forces before. Nor is there any strategic advantage to the presence here any more, and another location would be more advantageous."
*Then he taps a button and a star chart appears on the wall.*
"I propose the station to be moved to the following location."
*He points at the planet Dantor.*
"I propose Avalon Station to be brought in orbit around Dantor, where it would have the strategic advantage of being close to Starphoenix Base, in where one can assist or help defend the other in case there is need to."

[Durandal]

"Admiral Vorak, Admiral Karelia? I hate to interrupt, but Commander Lauren sends word that they have apprehended Captain Sanchez. Also, they have taken Captain Taurik into custody for aiding and abetting. Your presence is requested in the JAG tribunal chamber."

"Four, Admiral. You're forgetting about the U.S.S. Lhasa. I know that it is not a big ship, but it IS a ship and it has a tractor beam and crew.
As you are saying, admiral Yates, I would not rely on the DA too much. I think it is best if we try to get as many flyers, runabouts and suitable shuttles from the fleet here to help out."

*Archer walked into Operations and saw Captain Ransom, who he still knew from his days at the academy*

"Richard, how have you been? I heard you now are in command of the Windsor. Everything going well on board?"

*Turns to Julian*

"Admiral, Ensign Mann and I are the only ones in Engineering at the moment. Nothing has been done yet. We're trying to modify the deflector shields to lower the station's mass, but we're having some difficulties with it."

*Archer thinks of something and turns to Ransom again*

"Richard, you don't happen to have an engineer from the Windsor to spare, do you? If you have someone who has some time now to help us, that would be great."

*Again Archer turns to Julian*

"I think that, if we can get the shields working properly, and the preparation onboard the vessels doesn't get delayed, we can start moving the station in about three or four days, sir."

[Julian]

Yes go down to engineering and ask them if they need anything to be done.

Granted, Freeman please also goto the stations engineering, im giving you a deadline of 2 hours tops to fix this, we cant be left like this much longer.
