The Moving of Avalon Station

OOC: For the rest of the journey, I will be on my ship, the Lhasa, to fly that one. I currently dont have anyone else to do it for me.

ON: *On the viewscreen, it could be seen that several flyers and runabouts left docking bay and took their positions all around the station*

=^=Fleet Captain Archer to Vice-Admiral Julian. The Lhasa and the flyers and runabouts have left the docking bay and are in position, standing-by. I have contacted the Windsor to do the same. I will keep an open comm-link with the station and other vessels.=^=

As for the Evolution she was receantly hijacked by her old captain, Randel Sanchez, and was destroyed in a rebellion on Loxus and the new one is still in construction and will not be able to participate. I think we are going to need some skilled engineers on this project to give use a hand. I am going to send for the CEOs of the Evolution and Rivendell. They could certaintly do use some good."

*Yates heads to an LCARS screen and looks up the names of the CEOs of the two ships and he contacts them quickly.*

could there possibly be a way to aslo decrease the stations mass so the thrusters would work a lot better?

how many people do we have on the station? we might be able to put them on the ships that would dramatically decrease the mass would it not?

Well it seems everything is going well so far. Wow just think, we are going to be the first station in the history of the federation to be miving at warp speed!

Engineering whats the report so far?

"I agree infact lets not involve the DA at all I am sure they have matters of their own to attend too. Also, the Lhasa can certaintly participate. Like julian sad the more we get the better off we are."

*Over hearing Fred's request Yates speaks up.*

"Actually Captain, SS Avalon is in need of a entirly new Command staff. We are looking for a new XO for the station and if Will agrees witht he receant request I put in for Captain Archer to fill the opend CO position I am sure will will also accept you as the XO. Though I am not so sure we will be able to keep you at the rank of captain. A small demotion to Commander might be required but I can promise you that when the next Ship command position is opend you will be the first we go to. I will also let High Command know that you are a reliable and very distinguished Captian in need of command. SO if you will take the minor demotion I think you will be all set. Also Captain Archer, I think it will be good for the cadets to participate in full with this project. Both of them could only benefit from the experiance of both Commander Freemen and Lt. Commander Spock."

Mr Lurado, i am the CO of the Starfleet Contingant on the Planet dantor and currently have no XO under me, you could help me out a lot if you wish? You shouldn't be demoted from it either.

*Archer stepped out of Ops heading to his office, where he can contact the vessels without being interrupted*

=^=I think there might be a way, sir. If we re-route energy from the deflectors to the tractor beam emitters, we should be able to get the tractor signals up by 40%. I'll first try it out on the Lhasa. If it works, we can also adjust the other vessels.=^=
