Commodore since i cant seem to find admiral vorak, and admiral montrell is busy at the moment, i would like to ask permission to have the USS GALAXY re-assigned to SS AVALON before they de-commision it.  I would like to take it thru an extensive refit to upgrade the defensive systems, offensive systems.  I would also like to make so innovations to the ship. Then we will have a ship for station use.  I figured your the only one who has anyauthority to give to me to re-assign the Galaxy to this station.  Thanks!

"Yes, Admiral.  You remember when the marines left to rescue a guy, well it turns out that we found a new species that we have never encountered before.  Sense I dont do diplomacy unless it has something to do with blowing something up. <Chuckles>.  I think this is up your ally.  Sense I wasnt sure how the Station populace would react I came personally with escort.  This is Vil'iata." as he said this he pointed towards the scaley humanoid.

"I hope you fix it soon.  If he does that to one of my men and they hold a higher rank, he will be flattened on the ground with a bloody nose for his trouble.  Just to warn you ahead of time.  Marines know how to show respect, though I must admit I havent shown much respect to starfleet these days.  But rest assured it will be fixed." Balkazar responded to Lollock in a hushed whisper.

<He then sends written orders to Richerd>

"Captain, watch starfleet's backs out there.  They may get in way over there heads and if thats the case your ordered to intervene, our battle armor should beable to absorb alot of fire power before it punctures internal systems.  So do your best to watch there backs." Balkazar typed to Richerds.
