"Well Commander for now we have sufficient ships stationed here. But we do have a ship that can undergo a total refit. It's the USS Lasha, a ship normally used by the Academy. But since the Academy is empty it has been docked at port 13, where it hasn't been moved from since a year. I'm sure that Commodore Detrell could and would love to help you in your plan. I'm giving you the green light to upgrade the USS Lasha but before you do, talk to Commodore Detrell.
