What kind of repair crews do we have? and is there any way of spreading them out so we can repair as many of the damaged ships as possible, while still providing priority to the Rivendell?

I have a few questions.  Where do i find commodore Detrell?  What class ship is the Latasha? I would like tobecome familiar with herclass and design so i can begin making a plan for a refit, and general systems upgrades.
