*Hedford looks confused at Admiral Rellek*

"Admiral, may I ask where this fortification is for? If we know more about what we are dealing with, we can find more effective means to enhance shields and weapons"

"I think this is as far as we can go here. I will have Captain Brodie go down and speak to the Starfleet contingent."

*Steps off of the turbolift and onto the ops deck, looking for Madison*
"Admiral. I am Lieutenant Mark Jarret. Your new Aide since Commander Travis' move to the DSA. I think we're going to have an excellent service together"
*Smiles*

[Hodson]

Cmdr Hodson heard the admiral and said

"Aye Sir"

Then Hodson walked around the ops deck remminising about the past

Some time later, Vorak returns to Ops.

"Mr. Montrell, there is an emergency.  I have only a few orders. Send an urgent transmission to admiral Nocturnus to recall him to station  Avalon and assume command of the fleets during my absence.  You will assume command of the fleets too, and make your decisions together with Mr. Nocturnus during my absence. You will also be in charge of peace negotiations with the Corporation, if they should return before I am back. I must return to my homeworld, Vulcan, at once. I shall return as soon as family situations permit me.  You have Ops, Mr. Montrell."

*Vorak leaves Ops in a turbolift, goes to the shuttlebays, chooses a small but fast, though not luxuary shuttlecraft and soon thereafter departs from the station without anything more of procedures... and goes to warp on route to planet Vulcan...*

We are preparing for a possible attack from the Naji'gat(sp?). We are trying to have the station ready within three weeks. Try to keep people on a need-to-know basis. We're not trying to create panic. Just order your people to do the work adn carry out the research, but be careful not to divulge too much to people other than the department heads.

"As for Marine and Starfleet idea, hmmmm, good idea I think.  Im just here to protect our interest while trying to have a neutral line between Marine and Starfleet with no bias.  Hmmmm, tho what did you have in mind?"

Swift was stuck between a rock and a hard place, should he leave right now or continue with his training. In truth the decision came very easily despite his first analysis of the conundrum, of course he would report. to the ship.
"Lieutenant, tell the Admiral I had to jet off with me ship." Swift told the Vulcan lady and then casually walked out of Ops, once out though he took off at a run, he had to get change and pack his things in record time if he was to beam of to the ship 'as quickly as possible'.
