However, I think that an efficient Chief Engineer and a Chief Security Officer would be a gain for him. Because, we have some modifications to add to your Base and we need your permissions to do so.

To describe what we are willing to give to you and yor base, as Admiral Vorak suggested, a good seat and a good drink would be welcome. We have three weeks to fortify our station in whatever possible ways.

Hedford, get your enginneers together and try to find ways to enhance the shields.

Balkazar, i'd like you and your team to begin work on the weapons systems. We need to give this station some teeth!
