Fair enough. I do agree that the base would take a long time and would be hard to situate somewhere else. however in my personal opinion, i am a bit 'iffy' so to speak about merging with this species. I like to follow the prime directive, and this to me would be like breaking the law. But we must do what we must do. The High Command and given its input, and so it is decided. We will meet up with the leaders and arrange this.

I did not ask you to questions my orders commodore, i told you to follow them. And the cardassian here is a member of starfleet, and has probably taken much offence to what you have just said. I think you need to watch your tounge. Perhaps you would much rather sit at the station and do nothing like you have been these last weeks?

Is Mr. Starchaser not a lieutenant? He too should be setting an example for his subordinates and clearly acting like a lunatic is not an acceptable and appropriate way to act especially in front of the admiralty. Also if the man is insane do you think it is right and safe to have him serving in Star Fleet on a starship?"

*He turned to respond to Valen.*

"And you Mr. Starchaser, I do respect my subordinates and I do give respect were it is deserved and to be honest seeing a man make a fool of him self in front of his superiors is not proper grounds for giving respect to someone."

*Tom had leaned back in his chair and folded his arms and turned looking to Commander Cook with his brow raised waiting for the doctors reply.*

Commander Cook leaned forward so he could look at Ensign Swift. "Are you saying that you have training in interrogation? I thought you are a tactical officer? Isn't head of Security in charge of that area?" He was still in a bad mood over his insulting the good doctor, but then he blinked and smiled. "I assure you, we have some Marines that could get information in five minutes easy... I assure you that Balkazar and General Powell both have trained a well staffed Marine corp on Dantore."

[Janeway]

*Janeway walks in carrying a small black container in her hands. She takes a seat next to the Admiral and nods to him as if to greet him.*

*laughs* Allwell that just means im safe for the time being. I wonder where Mr Nonir is?

"As long as your pointing it at the enemy and no where near me then I think we are safe." Swift told Valen as he walked out. "I think you could probably cause a lot of damage, by accident of course. But like I said, direct chaos at the enemy and it's fine by me." He added with a smile. "Now on to main engineering, just don't touch any buttons when we get down there." He joked as he opened one of the Jeffrey's tubes panels on the wall and climbed in. "Only about fifty or so decks..."

"Ohhhh, so your saying if the button screams at me to tap, I can tap it but put a lil more ommff behind it to even have it be considered pushing?" Valen said trying to confuse the young lt.

*walks in and starts setting up for the meeting with the Dantor Marines Senior Officers*

"Well, that sounds like a great idea Admiral. By studying the setting up of a permanent base, you practically cover everything our cadets need to know to graduate. I will contact ensign Kassie as soon as possible, but not until we've made a plan ourselves."

"So, now we've decided on the future course of action, I don't think there is anything left to discuss in this meeting. Unless you have something to add, Mr. Balkazar."
