*Tom chimes the door and waits to enter.*

*Tom walks in and looks to Yates.*

"Admiral, we have returned from our mission. It was a success. We had minimal marine casualties and we managed to capture a Heerani light cruiser. I would also like to make a few recommendations and requests."

[Tom Titan]

*Tom nods and starts*

"Well first off I would like to recommend Commander Lollock for command in Captain Lurados place. He was severely injured and Commander Lollock took charge and served her men honorably. I recommend Ensign Swift for promotion to Lieutenant J.G. for outstanding performance in battle and keeping his cool in such situations. I would like to recommend Captain Richerds and Colonel Balkazar for a promotion in pay grade and Major Keller for a promotion as well. He has been fatally wounded and is now in stasis until he can be healed. The Iroquois has been damaged a decent amount and need to be dry docked for repairs. NOw as for the Heerani ship..."

[Tom Titan]

*Tom nods.*

"Yes, Sir. I understand."

*Admirals extends his hand giving a PADD to Tom.*

Yates: "These are your orders. I want you to take them to the conference room and share them with the crews and Admiral Julian. Also, have Julian to meet me in ops when he has completed his de-briefing."

*Tom stands and salutes.*

"Yes, Sir."

*He turns and leaves to the conference room reviewing the PADD that has been given to him.*

*...Andrew turns in his chair from his gaze outside into space and smiles at Ambassador Nesbitt...*

"Welcome Mr. Nesbitt. It has been sometime since I last met with you. But I am glad to say that you have very much improved with your behavior."

*...Yates looks down to his PADD and back to Nesbitt...*

"Now according to this you filed for a transfer. Am I correct?"

[Andrew Yates]

*...He studies the PADD and interacts with the interface for a minute...*

"Well, you certainly do have the skills and training needed for the position. It says that you are requesting a transfer into the marine? as CMO on the Lothlorian. Now Mr. Nesbitt, you do understand how much harder it is to be a marine then a navy officer?"

[Andrew Yates]

"Well then..."

*...Yates nods and smiles...*

"...your transfer has been granted. Also you will be given a promotion to 1st Lieutenant for your good behavior. Good luck i will be checking up on you in the future. you are dismissed."

[Eugene Archer]

*Fleet Captain Archer entered Admiral Yates' Office*

"Sir, I am here to report back. I have been absent for quite a while, but I am back now. I was wondering which of the positions I previously fulfilled I can continue to fulfil. I heard there was some sort of reorganisation concerning the positions. My positions before my abscence were: CO of the Deep Space Academy, XO of Avalon Station, and XO of the Contingent on Dantor. I was hoping to at least stay in the staff of Avalon Station, and perhaps on Dantor. My position as DSA CO was actually becoming a bit too much work before my abscence, but I am willing to stay at the academy as a teacher. But I understand that it is not in my power, but in yours, to decide where I will be positioned."

OOC: I was absent because of a lot of problems with my internet connection, and some personal problems. I am back now and I will try to post everyday, I have 24/7 access to a high-speed internet connection, and plenty of time.

*...Yates had been sitting in his office going through some data about the Heerani trying to learn their ways and get used to there tactics in the event of an attack. He was very concerned with the safety of the station and his ability to protect it. The Fleet was under manned as it was and he wasn't sure how well they would fair out. Time had flew by and he hardly noticed how fast it was passing...*
