U.S.S. Skytoucher

[Reynolds]

"I wonder what he was doing here. sir? I mean, he must wanted something in the wreckage and bad, or he wouldn't have carried a weapon. Shall I get a Medical crew to take him to sickbay or would you prefer a Security Detail and the brig?"

[Reynolds]

*They entered the turbolift*

"Ops" Lurado ordered the computer

*Time passed as the turbolift travelled to Ops*

[FredLurado]

Lurado entered the docking bay, observing the remains of his former ship. He had so short a time, his feelings of the entire course of events were mixed. He kept any emotion within himself, and tended to the apprenticing cadet beside him.
"As you can see, we have our work cut out for us. This will need to be secured. I am sure there might be many who wish to see it for a final time. Pardon my own attachment, Mr. Reynolds. Perhaps I would be better off telling you, that I was the Skytouchers commanding officer, before being the stations security chief".

His gaze at the ship gave off a shame, of not getting to know the ship or crew any better for the time he had. But shook his head quickly, and went to a console.
"I will see to the dead, Ensign. You may use your tri-corder to search for any radiation"

[FredLurado]

"There are several things in the wreckage of a Starfleet ship that a pirate or such would want. Considering the saucer section of the Skytoucher is quite intact, there is much that still can be repaired for use"

[Hedford]

*Hedford and Rasmain entered the docking bay and immediately saw the huge remains of the former USS Skytoucher.*

"I'll stay here and await your return" *Hedford said to Rasmain*

[Hedford]

*Hedford was awaiting his friend's return, while watching the docking of the USS Evolution. That ship was also badly damaged and certainly needed some extra care. What had all happend out there?*

"Seems our engineers will have to make some extra hours or days.....'

*At that moment he receives a message*

       =A= Rasmain to Hedford =A=  
"I'm ready here, I'll see you back at OPS.

             = A= Rasmain out =A=

*Hedford touches his combadge and responds*

"Understood Rasmain, I'll see you there. "

*Hedford leaves the dockingbay and steps into a turbolift*

[Reynolds]

"Understood sir."  Reynolds replied

*Time passed while Reynolds scanned for radiation"

"I'm detecting minute traces of gamma radiation, however, they are wiithin satefy margins."

*The Bay doors open and a figure steps through*

"I am here to view the remains of the Skytoucher" the man says

"I am sorry but this area is strictly off limits"  Lurado said to him

*The man turned around and looked like he was going to leave but Reynolds caught sight of what appeared to be a disruptor weapon*

"Disruptor!!"  he cried,pushing Lurado to the ground and taking out his phaser.

*Reynolds fired at the intruder. He fell to the ground, stunned.*

"Are you OK, sir?"  Reynolds asked the Captain whilst gesturing an arm to pick him up.

[Reynolds]

"What is our next step, sir?"

[Rasmain]

*Rasmain had beamed himself onto the bridge. It was still in the same state as he had left it; exploded consoles, debris over the whole floor and all covered in darkness. He had a final look and walked around several times, he told himself that he was never to forget this image.*

"I'm ready here, I'll see you back at OPS.

              =A= Rasmain out =A=

*Rasmain then kneels down and tears were rolling down his cheek.*

"Well this is the last.....as I said before...I'll miss you"

*Rasmain then taps his combadge and he's captured in blue light, he then dissapears and the bridge returns in darkness again*

[FredLurado]

"I am fine. Those who have the desire to observe, or work with the Skytoucher are to enter. But that show provides to our duty. Pirate vessels will take full advantage of our downtime".
He stood, and checked his own tricorder.
"Very good work on discovering the trace rays, if it is no danger there should be no problem in observations, the rest is for the science department".

[FredLurado]

"See that it is secured, and move to further duties".
Lurado returned to the console he was previously working with, and the sound and short vision of a forcefield came up.
"I have placed a forcefield around the ship, it should secure it untill internal sensors are fully functioning to detect intruders".

He heads towards the turbolift beckoning for Reynolds to follow. "We will now head for main Ops".

[Rasmain]

*Rasmain smiled and nodded to Hedford*

"Thank you, it won't take long"

*Rasmain walked towards the first parts of debris and touched them. He was seeing his last memories of the attack and his ship, when he closed his eyes. Still feeling pain, about the loss of his officers and the ship. He had served on it for several years, given him a job as Chief of Security and XO.*

"I will miss you......"
