Yes Ambassador, I need you to prepare a place for our new friends the Loxians. You are to conference with them and try to negotiate a possible alliance with them too. They are outcasts of the Loxians government and are somewhat powerful in numbers. Starfleet could use more friends and we believe they are it. It wont be exactly a first contact situation but do the best you can.
