Skon VS Vakin

[Balkazar]

*sees Vakin exit the court with Paris love in tow and runs to tries to stop vakin before he leaves.......fires his phaser and misses and rushes back to skon to see if hes alright*

Capt you alright ?....

[Varnek]

*Varnek makes his way down a shadowy hallway near the courtroom. There is only one thought in his mind.*

The Burma, the Burma...he has returned....must find the Burma....

*Suddenly a figure leaps from a side hallway...a phaser blast strikes the wall near Varnek's head. A voice speaks.*

Stand down Mr. Varnek.

[Skon]

*Skon sags against a wall as he sees the Loxian leap. He sees two Loxians in the air. He has no time, so he shoots at the closest one. Varnek falls to the ground...stunned. Skon drops to the floor beside him.*

Must get the code.

*Skon places a hand against the side of Varnek's face*

*Skon descends into the depths of Varnek's mind. It is muddled. All of his life, he was trained as a Loxian spy. Loyal to the government...willing to do anything to protect the homeworld. But...then...he met the exiles....he saw THE BURMA return from the dead. But the legends were false...he knew that...he had been taught that...but the Buma was real...Varnek had seen him...

Yes, thank you. I want to see the new homeland and the one who delivered my people. It is a glorious time to be alive.

*Skon enters the JAG department.*

OFF: I'm here. The trial idea seemed to go on the back burner when everyone got involved in the Dantor mess. All the other ships showed up here and most of the Admirals, etc. had other things to do, I think. It's been really confusing. Sorry the story line didn't move the way it should have.

*Whispers back* True, also I would dispute that this is an internal Loxin matter. Since the people we saved had been exiled -- kicked out of Loxian society -- they can hardly, legally be considered Loxian citizens and therefore this cannot be considered an internal matter...

OFF!: Good point, Balkazar. I guess I'll just have to get used to my new body guard following me around all the time lol. Hope that doean't lead to any awkward situations.

*Skon sits upright and listens for Vakin's response. His fate is uncertain, but he believes that he has behaved logically during the mission...*

[Vakin]

*In one quick motion, Vakin snatches the phaser off Skon's belt and clenches to the nearby woman. Holding tightly to her lustrous hair, he aims the set-to-kill phaser to her back.*

"Nobody move, or your little doll here gets it!"

*Vakin gives Skon a look of mockery as he slowly backs out of the center exit. Still walking slowly as he backs into the halls...*

"Anybody follows, she dies!"

*With that he sprints off, the woman close behind him as he has a handful of her hair.*

OFF: I'm too lazy to post as love too...so basically: OOh...ahhh...someone help me....damsel in distress....sniffle...fart....

Sir......he wont leave........*asks the command deck in ops station to transport me to the security station aboard the skytoucher.......*

*few minutes later Balkazar is transportered off avalon and is transported to the skytoucher where he is met bye a couple of security officers*

*Skon aims the phaser at Varnek.*

Mr. Varnek, I have a problem that I believe you can assist me with. Your compatriot, Vakin, has stolen my ship and taken a hostage. I need your help.

[Skon]

*Skon rolls beneath Varnek and clamps his hand on the Loxian's shoulder.*

[Varnek]

*Varnek runs down the hall, and then hesitates. Should he turn left or right? How to get to the Burma? He turns, just in time to see Skon emerge around a corner.*

NO! YOU CANNOT STOP ME! I MUST FIND THE BURMA!

*He leaps at Skon*

[Hermes]

"Gladly, captain. Activation code is being transmitted right now, I imagine that commander Rasmain will be overjoyed!"

[Hermes]

"Please stand by."

OFF: had to stall time, because the debriefing was yet to start.
