The alien Ambassador has requested the presence of Micheal J miles Cadet 1st yr to pass on his memories to him before the alien dies.  Can i request the strictes sof security with tthis measure and have a Highly Qualified Doctor and Counsellor report to the Embassy please....This may be a lot for Mr Miles to take in and i want all precautions taken as possible.
