"Read the padd? Why? All that is on there is also- oh.. umm..." he hesitates for a moment, then takes a breath and reads on, for a moment a confused expression comes on his face, but then he regains his composure, and looks at Taurik.
"Admiral, I understand now. Please release Mr. Taurik, and let us all return to Celtic Corner, and I will say aloud the sentence of Taurik myself, before everyone."

[Nocturnus]

The security team places Taurik in his prepared cell and activates the forcefield.

Mr Montrell will be here shortly to discuss yoru case with you sir. said hte security officer.

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanchez enters the brig*

"So, where is my tactical chief-ah, there you are, Taurik! Can someone tell me what is going on here? Why is one of my finest officers locked behind a forcefield?"

[Taurik]

"Commander, my attempts to learn my charges have been futile. Admiral Nocturnus and Montrell do not appear to wish us to know my charges."

[Montrell]

*Looks at Captain Sanchez*

"As you wish Captain, you may defend Lt Commander Taurik during the JAG hearing"

*The admiral handed over a PADD to Captain Sanchez*

"Here you have the statement, which I have read to Mr Taurik a few mininutes ago."

[Randall Sanchez]

Sanchez looks Montrell sharply in the eyes. But his face is steady, his expression never wavers, he is confidence himself.

"Federation law clearly states that one cannot be taken into custody without having the charges known fully," he explains calmly but directly.  "In that, Mr. Montrell, you violate some humanitary ground rules yourself. You should know that, as a lawgiver, admiral. I hope I do not overstep my boundaries, but I believe I have the right to prosecute you now, for neglecting humanitary ground rules and Starfleet regulations.
I charge you with inhumanitary handling of your officers, making you an inadequate admiral, and also I charge you with conspiracy with admiral Nocturnus, on this case."

*Sanchez touches his combadge*

"Sanchez to medical department. I believe that Mr. Nocturnus and Mr. Montrell are medically unfit to remain in their command position, as their rational behaviour has become erratic. They need to be relieved from duty at once, and Mr. Taurik must be taken to sickbay to be dealt with the emotional stress that was caused to him."

[Nocturnus]

Mr taurik as your laweyer has pleaded guilty to the charges listed, you are hereby released. and will be sentanced by your captain himself.

Computer rlease security forcefield.

[Taurik]

"I await his arrival. Admiral, I find this arrest unnecessary. I have done nothing."

[Taurik]

"Captain, I am pleased you came. Mr. Montrell has accused me of neglecting my duties..." Looks at Montrell "...which I have no knowledge of ever doing."

[Randall Sanchez]

"Calm down, commander," Sanchez whispered to his first officer, "they can hold off their explanations for now, but at the JAG hearing they will have no choice but to tell us what this all is really about. And I intend to be there."
He turns to face Taurik, and then looks at Montrell and Nocturnus.
"Sirs, I wish to be appointed as defending party of Taurik, at this hearing, I'd like the be the advocate of the accused."
And I swear I WILL get him free from this ridiculous blame!

[Montrell]

"I can't reveal all the information, but we have adequate resources and information to prosecute Mr Taurik."
