[Simon Rajnus]

"You have 20 minutes left cadets." Simon called from his desk.

[Quinn]

The door swished open as Cadet Tom Quinn walked in. He bowed at his waist lightly, "Hello Instructor Rajnus," He said in a serious voice.

[Simon Rajnus]

"Ensign, Quinn.  The next time your late or ANYONE! here is late I will personally make sure your scrubbing this entire training facility with toothbrushes!! do I make myself clear!.  NOW! wipe those grins off your face.  This is a training facility NOT! a clown show where you think you can get away with it.  Do I make myself clear!"

"NOW!, sense thats taken care of.  I was trying to prove is that you need to look at situations at different angles because the right way wont be the best way all the time.  Improvising is key because you can plan and plan and plan as much as you want and nothing will EVER go to plan.  Also, you do need to choose the leader of the party sense your time was 25 minutes.  NOW if you picked a leader before hand and allowed him to be that leader then you could have gotten over there and gotten back with the power cell within 20 minutes with a 10 minute time to install the powercell.  ALSO, sometimes going it slow is also the best way.  Some of you lack that concept so I had to make things difficult till you caught on."

"My job here is to mold you cadets into capable security officers who can think for yourself without relying on superior officers making the choices for you.  Because there may come a time when your a ensign or a lt. and your the highest ranking officer there and you have to make the tough choices for the betterment of all and live with your choices should someone die under your command."

"Now what is next is a 50 mile run on the holodeck.  Starting now.  You run and dont stop till your 50 miles are up, maybe then you wont be so happy because you arent supposed to be happy when you get done with a simulation.  You are to treat EVERY! simulation like its real.  You cadets didnt treat it as if it were real because your still laughing and laughing after a simulation isnt allowed.  This could happen to you for real and one of your cadets could be killed because you would be laughing so hard you couldnt fire your rifle to kill the creature.  Life isnt a simulation, the federation and outside the safety of the academy isnt a simulation.  Sooner you realize this the better off your service in the federation will be.  NOW, Start the run.  You have exactly 2 hours to complete it.  MOVE!."

*Simon then walks over to his desk and activates the running program, however, he drops the gravity of the simulation by 10% making it harder for them to run*

[Quinn]

"Well SIR, I understand there is an opening in the Evolution. I'd rather stand gaurd at the brig than shoot photon torpedoes," He said, emphazizing on the SIR part.

[Simon Rajnus]

"Hello, Brown.  How was your trip to outpost 196, I heard they some rioting broke out there?"

[Richard Brown]

*Richard just stood there and looked at the Cadet and saw the Slighly Moving Hand*

"You know, I already Deactvated the Phaser so seeing that you tried to Stop me now to Pain in Somthing you enjoy"

*Richard Takes out his Tricorder, and Actvated the Tags*

"I give your Mr.Swift 20 minites to Get here so I bit you Farewell oh and those Tags will Make Swift so easy to talk to and thank you for telling me its an Ambassador's  Child you have given me all the Information I need"

*Richard turns*

"And before I go Have Fun *Smirks*"

*Richard Took out his Hand Phaser Fired at the Wall and Left Lois in the Room who by this time had gotten Free only to Find out that his  Phaser is working*

[Simon Rajnus]

"Hmmmm, Dicen, I think you need more research." he said glaring hard at Dicen.

"I want a more detailed response." he also said in a voice that would make a cadet quake in fear as he continued to glare at Dicen.

[Simon Rajnus]

"Dicen, I have yet to hear your response to my question?"

"What is Power?"

[Simon Rajnus]

"Hmmmm.  Sucking up wont work with me, Cadet."

<Goes and takes a seat behind the desk and activates the Zero-G training Simulation>

"You have 5 minutes to put on your Zero-G suits and enter the simulation.  Dont forget your rifles youll need them."

Alright. Help Tiber on his feet. We have to try something else to deal wiht those bastards but we must hurry. If we try to blow a hole in the hull...Come on people OPTIONS!! Vox shouted a bit stressed.

[Simon Rajnus]

"Computer end simulation." Simon called out to the computer.

*The simulation ended and Simon walks towards the cadets*

"Congratulations, you have succeeded against my lil fun and got the power cell for your ship.  What have you learned from this simulation?" Simon asked the cadets.

[Simon Rajnus]

"I see, so you want a position of standing at a brig cell's controls with no one inside the brig?"

[Lois]

"Ionizing phases, firing now." A jet of red beam shot yet again from the ship, it hit the bird of prey. The area where the beam had hit eruopted in a fire ball.

"Enemy shields are down sir, frontal and rear launchers are still not responding."

A phaser shot right past his head, he ducked and fired a few shots. "Okay, Swift, you set the charges," He turned to Alexia, "You take cover and see if you can take some down, be careful- your more important than Swift right now so don't die." He raised his phaser rifle and shot a few rounds, another phaser hit a crate beside him, "Quickly please,"
