She hands him the wine glass and slides off of the countertop. Looking back...

"Oh, and Jarron...I'd highly suggest you stop with the gossip...it could mean your downfall."

She shrugs

"Just advice from someone who cares. A pleasure meeting you."

She vanishes.

*then he smiles and stares into Kitana's Beautiful eyes*

You tired ?........you seem to be a lil Droopy to me......?

"SERGENT!!!. <Struggles with the madman who begins to overwhelm the Col.> SET YOUR PHASER FOR STUN AND SHOOT HIM!!!!!.  NOW!!!."

*The Sergent quickly drew his personal phaser and set it for stun, he fired the phaser stunning the madman*

"Take him down to the marine base brig.  Lock him up with a full detachment of marines.  No one is to go near him without me along for the trip.  Understand ?, otherwise feed him and make sure the cell is capable of handling a madman who will do anything unsuspected.  Go.  Take your friends with you.  This may prove to be of interest."

*The Sergent nodded and with his 200+ marine buddies took the madman to the shuttle  and transported him down to the Marine base under strict guard to put him into a cell for the time being*

"Barkeep, you didnt see that.  Any of you civilians.  We will deal with this, but for now no one is to speak a word of this to anyone, UNDERSTAND!" <Everyone in the room nodded in acknowledgement>

<Whew and walks back to eastwood and took a sip of his rootbeer>

"That was a strong man, I wonder what he meant by felians.  Hmmmmmmm.  For now lets keep this under wraps."

"Well started my career on the Uss Star Runner as an ensign when I graduated in 2335. I was a logistics officer and I served on that ship till its end in 2345. She was destroyed on the Romulan neutral zone by Warbirds. At the time I was a full lieutenant and assistant Cheif Ops officer. We were ambushed b y two of the bastards and almost instantly destroyed us. The hit our nacells making an escape impossible and the hit our primary power directly putting us on AUX and making a stand impossible if we all wanted to breath. She was a Excelsior Refit just in her prime. So power failed the core was breached, so we jettisoned it in hopes of killing off one of the enemy ships, and we had very little to do but abandon ship. The Captain and most of the cheif staff did not make it out. It was the Cheif Tactical officer and myself. He was a Lt. Commander making him the most senior officer and me the second. So we salvaged a couple shuttles and as much emergency gear from the ship then we ran for the nearest habitable planet. We hide there for about a week before a ship came to pick us up. Everyone that had escaped made it out. All those who didnt were recovered one by one until we were sure everyone was accounted for so that they may be properly honored for their sacrifice. Soon after I was reassigned to an outpost by the Neutral zone were i was for 20 long years. I hit Captain and commanded my own station for 5 years. It was 2370 and I was 55 and I wanted command of my own ship. They gave me command of the Uss Apollo. I commanded her for 10 years then I was promoted to Rear Admiral and given my own Division. Alpha Fleet it was called. I had three ships and a station under me. The Uss New York, the Uss Reliance, and the Uss Unity. The New York was destroyed and soon after we merged with Expansion fleet were I have been for the past 3 years and made my way to Admiral and High Command. I often long for my ship captain days and my old division. The New York Was to be reconstructed but never made it. The Reliance was folded into Starphoenix but due to a lack of Crew she was decommed as with the Unity. And all that I have left from those days are what crew still remain. Simon, Tobias, and that is all I think remains. It saddens me knowing how much time has gone by ans how many lives have been taken since the heerani and their masters showed up. "Tell me, Cook.  Why does your memory of wolf 359 keep you in the past ?"

*Takes another sip of her drink*

"Dont worry about being honored, Commander Cook.  You served with Simon Rajnus, so that makes you well known in the marine corp." he stated as he looked at Captain Smith with a half grin on his face.

"Fascinating. However, we must concentrate on the matter at hand. The longer we wait to locate Vorlok, the more difficult it will be."

Cook was completely confused. "Uh... no I haven't. The last flash back of any type was when we had a visitor to our station and some things triggered my past events, but that has so far been my only flashback."


Captain Smith still looked on with a curious look in his eyes, as if studying some problem, trying to figure it out.

Commander Cook entered the Celtic Corner looking for Colonel Balkazar. But upon seeing that he was busy at the moment, sat down at a table and waited for the Colonel to finish, he was trying to remember the Marine that had taken Captain Smith to watch over, and since he was about to leave for the Evolution, he wanted to get Captain Smith, and then get onto Evolution.

"Agreed, Admiral.  Tho im more concerned with how many more marines will die to defend those who cant protect themselves from ground assaults.  Thats where the real problem lies.  In the past 2 months over 200+ marines have died defending outpost 340 and Science post 413.  200+ marines died to safeguard Starfleet installations.  Even tho those installations are secured now 200+ marines died.  THAT! is a loss we dont accept easily.  While we sit around here on our butts waiting for the end, the Nijgat and the Heerani are out there gathering there strength to wipe the galaxy clean of all intelligent life!" he said as he took a long draught of his beer.

[Weasly Cook]

Commander Cook nodded his head. "Ah yes... good old Mathew... a fine captain... pretty proud of the Excalibur if I recall." He smiled... "So... what do we do? Once we get the Iroquois to do a search mission? he has been missing in action for some time now." He shook his head. "I hope that where ever he is, he is safe... but if a mission to search for him is what you are going to suggest next... we need to wait till our ships are fixed up."

Commander Cook was having a look in his eye, a look that said he was looking forward to the next adventure that might come his way. Captain Smith only purred at feeling the excitement from Commander Cook.

"It can be a very difficult word. I'm glad that you feel the same way. I was actually worried that you may not."

"Let's get going then.  They could be anywhere by now!"

"I see, Tell me.  Have you been having flash backs more frequently ?.  Like your doing your job then at some point you have a flash back and see someone you dont know and the face you see isnt yours ?" The female voice inquired.
