Mark's face brightned, "That would be a honor, Admiral," He said, getting to feet.

[Weasly Cook]

Commander Cook was sitting at a table and listening to this argument, he shook his head. The young seemed so sure that they were right always... He smiled at Captain Smith and smiled even more. "Why don't we go visit old Balkazar?" He got a meow in return and he got up, he had yet to touch any bloodwine, but Captain Smith seemed to be sniffing a little more then usual towards the drink.

He soon walked up to the Lt. Col, a Root Beer in his right hand, and a blue leash wrapped around his left. "I want to thank you for pulling us out of that nebula, smart thinking sir." He was trying to patch up the rift between navy and the Marines. He just hoped that he didn't get his head knocked off by a punch or something. He felt that he might have gone to talk to Swift, but he was letting Captain Rajnus teach him a little about respect. Cook shook his head. "Sometimes people forget that to earn respect, you need to show it in return... an earth saying if I recall, but applies to all races."

[Doctor Who]

The Doctor looked  at Givrillian and smiled, "Sounds like you have had an interesting time. Me, well I left Gallifrey and explored the universe, I mean that literally too, through time and space.
I've been to Earth many times in the past present and future  and have helped out where I could, fixing the time lines."

The  Doctor continues,

"Now I am a Gallifreyan Order Master, still traveling the universe in my ship, but I must admit I am lonely."

The Doctor appeared sad for a moment, as though he had regrets.

"You see,  there was a time when Gallifrey had a strict policy of non-intervention, simply watching all the younger races struggle to survive against more advanced races, so I just had to intervene.
Now that the High Council has altered it's strict non-intervention law, creating the Order and various other projects, I feel my job is done."

The Doctor looked curiously at Givrillian Sarpedon,

"Thank you for sitting down and talking with me Mr. Sarpedon, not many people would, being apprehensive of my kind. For that I will grant you one wish, what will it be?"

[Tara Lollock]

**Lollock sits her half full drink on the counter and thanks the barkeep for the hospitality. Then she makes her way out the door.**

*Janeway recieves a secure comm from Dantor, and then goes back and sites down again*

It seems theres been a change in plans.

*takes a sit of her vodka*

The starfleet side of the academy on the planet has been scratched. It to become fully for Marines. The Main Academy is to stay on the Station. The Melmacians will have to be trained there. Also, it has just been confirmed that Balkazar will not be the CO. we are bringing in a few Marine teachers from Earth.

[Apodae Swift]

"My name's Swift, an officer people tend to love or hate around these parts." Swift told Alf with a slight smile. "Some people get my humour and others don't. It's a fact of life I guess." He shrugged at that comment. "Anyway who are you? I was brought up on my mother's ship and I saw many species but I have never encountered someone like yourself."

[T'lana]

T'lana looked around the Radiant Thunder's Command and Control, she was fascinated by the obvious biomechanical starship, a perfect fusion between the biological and the mechanical, the Borg would certainly be jealous of this vessel.

Operating System: Welcome to the Radiant Thunder, I  can answer any questions you might have.

T'lana stated matter-of-factly, "Most impressive, Doctor."

[T'lana]

"Indeed."

After Morgan left, T'lana made her way back to the Rivendell.

*smiles and as he does a site to site, she stands up and walks to her room the old fashion way*

"Yes crewman that is Captain Ransom."

"Admiral I was talking with Admiral Julian earlier about getting promoted but he won't give me an answer maybe I could talk to you instead and talk to you about how well the ensign did in enginiering and get her one too."

Takes another sip of his shake
