Even though you are the last one to deserve a reduction in rank, Vice Admiral is a little high for a starship's commanding officer. I was thinking Captain, with the possibility of Commodore in the future.

Application from an Ex-Borg to Starfleet
Hi guys,
I´m not sure, I´m right here, but I just pack it in here ^^
So, I´d like to play an Ex-Borg (like the topic says) and want to ask if that goes right. http://www.expansionfleet.com/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> Of course I thought about a story:
Zero, the name of my Borg, served 36 years in the collective before he has been liberated by a mixed group of travelers, passing through a sphere´s way. The Borg tried to board this little "marquis-like" vessel. But the ship could flee by disabling the Borg with a neural shock. The boarding partie consisted of five Borg, four of them didn´t survive, the one defiant was "Twelfe of Sixteen" - later "Zero". The little ship fled into a nebular and left the sphere behind. That´s how Zero found his "new" collective.
The crew of the little ship showed him what individuality means and in a matter of time Zero became a part of the crew. Without a direct heading this little ship continued course to the Alpha-Quadrant. But the crew´s goal wasn´t to reach it. Thjey were outcasts, looking for a place with future. Faced some adventures before they get stolen in a space dock near the planet Ledos. From this Time forward the crew splitted. Some stood there other hitch-hiked. Zero got till the Alpha-Quadrant heard about the Federation and Star Fleet. He decided to try to join it.
So far so short^^
Because of the limited possibilities on the ´little ship and the poor surgeon most of Zeros implants couldn´t been removed and he has many scars. But now he is a fully realized individual. He looks horrible but has a heart of honey ^^

I can offer you, mr. keach, a higher position. If you would like, I need an XO/CO of Castle Guard Planetary Base,the rank would be vice admiral. You would work side by side in Vanguard Division with Windsor section's XO (the Station CO) you would coordinate the planetary base, while Windsors XO would take care of the SB, me and mr. ransom (the other CO) would be doing other things, coordinating,etc...) At the moment you could fill in as any other position if wanted as things are a bit slow...
