Mission 2: "A Taste of Your Own Medicine"

[Voyager]

"Well, scans seem to show that it is a rift in space of some sort, maybe to another dimension...possibly to the mirror universe that is rumored to exist..." Dolan mused.  He then started looking over the report that the Iroquois had sent out in its distress beacon before it disappeared.  He said, "The report only says to stay away from the anomoly and that the situation is classified."  Dolan then had continuous scans of the anomoly, both to monitor its growth and to see what can be done to stop it.

[Randall Sanchez]

"It never hurts to play it safe... Ms. Lauren, could you check for any intruders on the ship?"
*Then he turns back to the admiral and the others.*
"Well, I'm ready to disembark on this new mission as soon as all the weaponry is installed on the ship, do you happen to know how long that might take?"

[Lois]

Mark grinned, "You know best ma'am, this thing is pretty heavy anyways." He took it off and checked all his equitment.

[Jesse Nofftz]

"Captain, the Heraan ships have regained weapon control. However, their shields are still down. We've got about 1 minute before they will begin attacking again."

[Lois]

OOC: Lol what? I'm just messin' with you.

Mark grinned and rubbed the back of his head, "That thing hit me pretty hard, better check my head before I start talking like that for real,"

[Lois]

"That is, if we still have starship in one peice with the brig attached," Mark said, sitting down on the ground and checking his supplies.

Apologies for the long delay, it turned out to be alot longer than I had expected, with vacation as well and I only have my computer back from repairs since recently, now having to reinstall most of the software from 0 again.

I hope to get back up to date on things, so it would be helpful if some of you could fill me in on what all has been happening with the Evolution and the crew - and with myself lol - since I was last around. I remember the away team being on the planet fighting the enemy and making an important scientific discovery.

<Lt. Johnson walked up to Oaks and handed him a engineering report on a PADD>

"Ensign, take this up to the bridge and give it the officer on watch, then I want you to check out the helm to make sure its operating correctly.  We been getting power surges and we wish to make sure that the bridge systems werent infected so go up there and take care of it.  You do know how to run system diagnostics correct? if so do them." the Lt told Oak's.

[Lois]

Mark watched a medical officer walk into the bridge, he was still standing beside Alexia. It was getting a tab bit cramped in the bridge, luckily the ship hasn't departed yet or he would be extremly distacted.

[Kelli Lauren]

Kelli walked into the shuttlebay with Lois, and looked at the marines preparing for the assault.

"You can probably bail on the EV suit, Ensign. I've been on class N planets before, and aside from the air being kinda thin, it's not that bad. If you need it, an air mask would do you fine."

[Lois]

"The big mean ugly alien gave me a boo-boo!" He pouted and crossed his arms.

[Kelli Lauren]

Kelli pulled up in the Puma, and walked up toward Commander Harf. "Sir," she said, "I couldn't find Lieutenant Valory. It seems she--".

Kelli then saw Valory sitting against a cargo crate as the doctor treated her.

"Oh, you have to be kidding me..."

OOC: Actually it is the Helm Officer that has to say that Balki, but anything to get this dang mission moving along would be cool.
I am glad to see people liked my idea on the Tylium, I thought it would be cool...
